Mornin' all.

I have ripped about 400 of my Blu Rays and DVDs that take up about 9TB of space.  Last summer I bought an Asustor AS5404T NAS box with four WD Red Pro 8TB drives I configured in a RAID5 configuration which provides around 22TB of network storage. Would have to lose 2 drives to lose data.

Still drilling holes in my angle iron brackets.  Each one has 3 mount holes, 2 holes for track power bus lines and layout lighting LED strip power bus lines.  And 1 hole to hold the 5/8 plywood to the bracket.

Hope you all have a great day!

Good afternoon, all. This ?named? storm left maybe 3" of snow for me to shovel off the driveway - friend of my wife's is coming for lunch.  But I could feel that warm air was moving in above/behind it, a little icy rattle from the snow falling on my hood.  Now the phone says no rain as the storm leaves, so I'll do the PV panels after lunch.  Wood cookstove is going, warming up the downstairs.

Most of this morning was posting more of my layout build thread.  I've always found it refreshes me to read what I did from the beginning, including speculating about things I haven't gotten to.  And of course, things I didn't do well enough and had to go back to.

After a no-show on the freezing rain/ice overnight, we did get a bit of powdered sugar weight snow, the sun has come out here in SCentral lower Michigan.  8)  310 at the semi official Michigan State Ag reporting station SW of me a couple of miles. Still calling for a sloppy weekend.

I've been working on cutting a bit of a hole on my main line and splicing in a Campbell Truss bridge I made 2-3 years ago.  Plenty of work left on the layout to keep me well involved for the future.

My storage, electronic, is hap hazard at best.

That's all I got.

The weather app says we got 6", but I'm sure there's been a fair amount of compaction with this nice powder.  Still, it's enough snow to call the guy to plow.

I'm enjoying the fast-forward replay of James' Eastern Division layout.

Afternoon all,

Spent part of the day pressure washing sidewalks. That kept me from the workbench and wore me out.

Have a great one!
