Dull grey and cool in MI this morning after a day around 70 for Good Friday.  I took advantage of it to get out some fertilizer on the lawn, wrapping up just at it rained.  That nasty mess I showed yesterday passed just above us and was nothing but a fear factor.  I haven't really noticed but apparently some folks got quite a dumping of mud from the sky with considerable layers of dust from the West in the air getting washed out around here.   :o

I had little model time yesterday with working outside most of the afternoon after a trip to town for cat litter and,  ::) of course, the Doll has to hit a couple of thrift stores to look for knicks and knacks for her antique shop booth.  The Wally World looks like black friday and we passed on even any thought of stopping.

One of the grand's is coming over today.  It's much cooler, down in the 40s after a 0200 p-stop  I looked and it was still 640 I may get some more fertilizer done later, not sure.   ::)

Hope all have a good day.  Eggs and grits on the steam table, SOS for you nostalgic vets and some real biscuits and sausage gravy from the family farm in deep S. Georgia, Grandma Sweeter was up with the rooster baking and churning butter.  Grampa got some Co-Cola from the General Store and some Dr. P from town.  (I snuck in some of the diet stuff, too, OJ for all y'all in FL.

Be well everyone. Keep it between the ditches!

Warm and muggy in SE NH, might touch 80.  Chance of showers and maybe an evening thunderstorm.  But that shouldn't prevent the neighborhood Scotch Club from its weekly meeting.

Great breakfast, Karl, thanks.

In a bit, I'll head down to the train room and maybe dig out some tree armatures to fiddle with.  Last night I watched a video by Bill Gill on making white pines, and that's something I could definitely use on the layout.

It's warming up here in the lower Merrimack valley, but not what I'd call muggy. Cloudy Bright under the overcast.  I watched a HUB Division friend present on Layout Command Control last night, so today will be layout work  (lawn's still a week from needing mowing).  I've got a full crew for the Saturday HUB High Green op session in two weeks, only three for the night before.

Not much going on here.  A little workbench time coming up shortly.  Heading out for some Mexican food this evening (along with a Margaritta or two).  ;)
