Morning everyone, it's been a while. Still doing what I've been doing. I've made to year 37 as a municipal employee, hopefully I can retire in a year. Still taking care of my mother and have been able to model as time allows. If it wasn't for the crappy weather, I'd think about going fishing today  ;D

Welcome back to a very talented contributor.
Now, if we could get Jamie and Idaho Bob back, we'd get a tad closer to normal.
Working on my second million. I gave up on the first.

Yeah, it's nasty today in SE NH, and next week is supposed to be worse.  If Florida won't take its weather back, we'll send them more snow next winter!

Waiting for a repairman for a job I could probably do myself (replacing bathroom vent fan), but it's a pain-in-the-butt (the handyman says 'one of my least favorite jobs') so I'll pay him to be annoyed rather than to become annoyed or worse for free.

:) Keep our weather, Dave.  Actually, it's in the 90's here as we and humid. I have reacclimate myself to the heat/humidity after our trip.  We had one day last week where it hit 93 in Germany, but the humidity wasn't quite as bad.

I might think about doing a bathroom vent fan.  That's about the extent of it. Our house has two. One is easy to get to. The other not so much. Either way I'd opt for what you're doing and pay someone else to deal with it.

Dan, so glad to hear from you, I was wondering how things were going for you.

I haven't hit the workbench since arriving home but hope to remedy that tomorrow.

Have a great one!
