Howdy Greg,

The station is amazing.  The lighting is realistic and sets it off.

Have fun,
mike

Greg,

Whether big or small, your projects are always fabulous. The extra effort with
adding lighting really sets the build to a new dimension. Nice work on the overall wood
coloring and detail placements. One can go to work anywhere here and feel right at home.

Still struggling with my home 1:1 projects that may be completed sooner than originally thought.

Hi Rich,

Thanks so much!
I'm also off to do some more 1:1 project up north for a couple of weeks this time.
It never seems to end, it's almost a curse to be handy!

That looks fantastic Greg.  Nice job.  What's up next?  Mark

Greg,

Fantastic job on the entire build and especially the lighting.

I built the Rail Scale Miniatures Delwin's Net and Boat Storage kit. I have a thread on the build on this forum. One of my next big kit builds will be RSM Harwood Brothers and I have the Ngineering lighting kit to go with it.

You mentioned the LEDs and the Ngineering distribution board. Can you or will you please show us how you used the board to  wire and light the freight house? Inquiring minds and all that!

Mark & Tom, I`m sorry for the late reply, just got home from a 2 week vacation at our cottage.
Thanks so much for your very kind words!
Tom, I have also built Delwin`s Net & Boat Storage kit & the Horwood`s Service Ctr.
I did build threads on both of those kits on the now defunct RRLines forum.
Both of those kits have lighting kits for them designed by Ngineering.
Dario`s instructions explain in great detail how to use the LED distribution boards and install all of the LED`s used.
So everything that you need to know is right in the instructions booklets for both kits.
My scenery work on this freight house is still drying, so I will be glad to flip it over on it`s side and photograph how my LED distribution board looks tomorrow for you.

I spent some of today finishing off the scenery work around this freight house.
Also adding the last little details to it, like the electrical power hook up and plumbing vent and ladder on the roof.
So here`s how it now looks in the completed stage.

Mark,I think I will be building another FSM`s kit, just not certain which one yet.

Thanks again to all members here that gave encouraging words along the way!

Greg,

Thanks for the reply. I neglected to come back and say that I remembered the day after my post I had that information in the Delwin's instruction book.

Beautiful build Greg! Thanks for sharing it with us.

The lighting looks balanced, the lights don't overload the model but provide great interior coverage.   That's not easy to pull off...

Curt, Tom & Dave, thanks so much for your very kind comments!

Tom, here is how the LED distribution board with the magnet wires hooked up to it looks under my freight house base.

Rick

Greg, congratulations on yet another beautiful model.

deemery

Greg, you soldered the magnet wire to the board?   Is that an Ngineering product?

Jerry

Beautiful Greg.  You sure added the perfect scenery touches to the build.
