Good Morning Folks;

Many thanks to Tom, Curt and Greg for having the Village gang I am a part of visit to see Tom's wonderful layout and of course the BSing that makes the day fly by. The guys from the Villages were very impressed with the layout and more the modeling knowledge of the Orlando 'gang'. As we walked around I heard a lot of 'man look at that!" Tom has really built a layout that is fun to look at, impressing in complexity and ever growing. We extended an invitation to the Orlando gang to come up and visit us in the Villages. A couple of our group have very nice layouts in progress as well and it is a great excuse to gather and BS again. Tom was a very gracious host as always, thanks again Tom.

Since Tom already shared some photos of the gangs I thought I would post a photo of one of the buildings on Tom's layout I really like. When I grow up I want to model as good as he does!

Morning again,

Well, half of my post went missing. Not sure what I did, but no biggie.

Yes, we did have a great time yesterday. The crew from the Villages were a great bunch and we did in fact get into some heavy BSing. It was all train related.

I hope to update the Horwood thread later this afternoon.

Have a great Sunday everyone.

Good morning folks,

Curt, thanks for opening, coffee, and breakfast.  There is nothing like dodging the shopping bullet!

Rick, your photos are always stunning.  Safe travels.

Tom, thanks for the photos.  The SBG sounds like it was a hoot.

Larry, hope the weather improves.  Good luck with the fill.

Jim, glad you had a good time at Tom's place.  Thanks for the photo.

Jerry, congrats on the door completion.

Karl, hope the weather improves up there.

Ron, congrats on the building completion.

Dave, good luck working on the layout.

How is the rest of the crew?

It's a cool morning with a high forecast of 68°F.  Yesterday's car show was a success.  We raised a lot of money for the Children's Home.  Today I am exhausted, but I hope to make it upstairs.

Monday, I start the cataract surgery prep and have an annual physical. I'm still fighting a nasal infection, so I hope the doc can help with it.  Tuesday is cataract surgery day.  I'll be glad when this is over.

Have fun,
mike

It was really foggy when I got up.  I rushed to get the dogs out before the rain started, and it's supposed to rain most of the day.  That's OK, we really need the rain.  Temps are steady or dropping, below freezing by Tuesday with a chance of snow overnight Wednesday before the spring weather returns.

Yesterday I decided to do a chicken coop.  I said "I can do this in a day, using nothing but wood from my scrap bin."  The last hour was frustrating, the glue I was using didn't tack and set fast enough to support that plan.  But it dried tight overnight, so I'll finish it today and post some photos.

Have a safe drive.

Tom now that's a lot of guys for a Bsing session.  Thanks for the photos.

Larry maybe a bobat would be a good idea.  If that stuff is wet!

Morning Jim.  Nice picture of one of Tom's building.
I bet it was a fun day for you guys.

Tom looking forward to the update.

Mike looks like you had number of cars and trucks at the show.

Dave looking forward to the chicken coop.

Karl sounds like a nice visit.

Weather in South Jersey is cloudy with a chance of rain.
But 52 so the temp is not to bad.
I finished my yard work yesterday.

Building doors so when the framing is done I don't have to make them.
They take time to paint and put together.

Everyone have a great day!!  :)
