Good morning everyone.

60 now in Kingman, mostly sunny and 78 later.

I see Mike is here as well so maybe there will be choices for breakfast.
Coffee, sodas and OJ are ready.
Basic two eggs, sausage and/or bacon and roasted potatoes for breakfast today.

Jerry, apparently the new cars are more like a video game than real race cars so a teenager has more experience with that.

Karl, glad you're not a quitter.

Philip, hope the mower fix is easy.

Curt, hope you and the Mrs. are feeling better.

Dave, happy anniversary.

How's everyone else?

Packed up and said good bye to Linda and Jeff and thanked them for their hospitality.
Ended up in a nice spot just outside of Kingman.
I'll message the doctor in a bit and ask about getting an appointment for this week.
Got a hike planned too.

This is Jeff (NYCJeff) and me in his amazing layout room.

Good morning folks,

Rick, thanks for opening, coffee, and breakfast.  Good luck getting the doctor's appointment.

I'm back from a weekend at the lake, followed by a visit to Callaway Gardens early yesterday morning.  The azaleas were in full bloom. I skipped church.  :-[

I don't have the day planned, but I will mosey upstairs in a bit.  I hear little people yelling that they need some clothing.

Have fun,
mike

Morning all,

Thanks for breakfast Rick. Nice photo of you and Jeff. I haven't seen him on the forum in several months.

In spite of me saying I was going to take a yard break, I didn't. However, I now have all the weed infested grass up and out of the yard. Phase one is now finished and phase two is next. Later this week I'll have a cubic yard of top soil delivered and then I'll get to spreading that.

Today is our 36th Anniversary so there won't be much in the way of modeling. There are two Antique Shops she wants to visit so I'll go and be a good sport.

Have a safe and happy day everyone.

50 headed to nearly 70 today in mid Michigan,  8) sun, too.

Fixed the coupler on my Baldwin, hopefully, and worked with bridge bents yesterday.  My oldest son stopped by briefly.  Said the snow while plentiful in the UP last weekend was brutal to ride snowmobiles on.  But he'd go back in a minute given the opportunity.  His business is thriving and he has plan$ in the works to enhance his equipment and expand slightly.

Today, ?.

ACLTom and Pam, CONGRATS!

Best luck getting into the Doc, Rick.  Hope it is expeditious.

Enjoy the day.

Tom go easy on the dirt.
Happy Anniversary to you and Pam.

Morning Karl have a nice day.

Dave Happy Anniversary to you and the wife.

Weather in South Jersey is sunny/58.  Later on 71.
Should be a nice day if the wind calms down a bit.
Another day yesterday and nothing really got done at the bench.
I'll try again today to get there.

Everyone have a great day!!  ;D

Good morning Rick, Dave, Mike, ACLTom, Karl, Jerry and the rest of the crew that drops in later.

Thanks for the coffee and breakfast Rick, Nice picture of you and Jeff, hope you get your appointment soon.

Dave, happy 44th Anniversary.

Mike, are the little people currently at a nudist colony?  ;D  Have fun painting clothes on them.

Tom, Happy 35th Anniversary, have fun at the antiques stores.

Karl. Sounds like yesterday was a productive day working on the layout.

Jerry, from what I can gather, they are racing hybrid cars now.

Current weather is 5c (41f) with a high expected of 14c (57f) with the sun shining.  Yesterday didn't go as expected but the crew lounge is finally cleaned up, with just the rearrangement of furniture to be done.  Once that is done I can set up my N scale modules, progress.  I also spent time at the bench finishing up the battens on the wall sides.  If I see another batten, it will be too soon.  :o

Have a great day everyone.

Good Morning All,

Thanks for opening and breakfast Rick. Nice photo.

Stayed in bed longer than normal but feel better than yesterday. I've completed my chores already. Saturday before I started feeling bad I built the framework for 2 walls of the shed from scale 2x4's.

Not sure what is planned for the rest of the day.

Next week Dad has 5 medical appointments. :-*

Good Morning All,

Today for breakfast is the usual coffee, cereal, bagels, yogurt, OJ, and soda.

Started out the day with a walk at 66F and getting to 83F later. Yesterday I built another wall frame and next up is the back wall that's about 8" long. Individual boards will go over the framing.

Today first off both Dad and I need to do blood work, him for his semi-annual and PSA for me (wasn't done previously for some reason). After that is probably errands for Dad.

I hope everyone has a good day.
