Good morning, all. Rain and a high of 52F forecast in the lower Merrimack Valley.

Best wishes for your wife, Dave.

Curt, my first visit to the Harrisburg area was an opportunity to see Strasburg, RR Museum of PA, Rockhill Trolley Museum and East Broad Top in Orbisonia as well as the Gettysburg battlefield.

Rick, I wouldn't go within 100' of a moose hiking by myself, let alone with a dog.  No bison in New England for centuries.

Layout work today, also taking the kid to the bank now he's 18.

Morning all,

Thanks for breakfast Rick.

To all those hurt or with family health issues, I wish all a very easy and painless recovery. Seems to me as senior citizens we all have something going on.

Yesterday was a total bust for me. If something could go wrong, it did. Started with a dead battery on Pam's car. Then someone broke a sprinkler head that I needed to fix. Of course, I had to dig down and splice the pipe. Then we got a fraud alert on the debit card. They called us after they approved the charge. It was for $34.55 and since Visa approved the purchase, we had to go the the Credit Union and file a claim form to get the $34.55 back. When it was all over, I wasn't in the mood for modeling.

Curt, safe travels and have a great time.

Mr. Grumpy is now finished. Have a great day everyone.

Good morning everyone,

Thanks for the coffee and breakfast Rick. Sounds like you had a great hike yesterday.

Larry, hope you make it to the bench today.

Curt, have fun pacing for your upcoming trip.

Mike, looking forward to the boxcar update.

Dave, hope the wife gets to come home today.

Karl, dress warm.  ;D

James, have fun working on the layout.

Tom, at least today has to be a better day.

Current temperature is 6c (43f) and overcast with more rain in the forecast.  Gracie is doing much better, she hopped up on the bed this morning to make sure I got up. Hopped backed down with little issue.  I didn't make it to the bench last night as other things distracted me, but I did watch the hockey game.  We shall see what tonight brings.

Have a great day everyone.

Morning Gents,

I see Rick's here but I'll get us started. The morning beverages are ready. Breakfast is cheesy scrambled eggs, bacon and/or pan sausages, and hash browns on the side.

What's your plans for the day?

It's a sunny 39 with a high of 53 here. Errands to run shortly and may have at the dirt pile again if it's not too wet later on. Possibly some bench time later in the morning. Received a call from my Contractor and the new garage door is here so tomorrow I'll have a new much lighter garage door; can't wait.

Have a safe and enjoyable day!! Be well.

Good morning everyone.

43 in Layton, UT now, sunny and 65 later.

Larry, thanks for the coffee and breakfast and nice job on your latest update.

Dave, great news about the wife being home.

Jerry, any more wall news?

Ron, very happy that Gracie is doing better.

ACLTom, I hope yesterday was a much better day and today will be even better.

James, I've been pretty close to moose but try to keep about 100' distance.
Star wasn't with me any of those times, but she was with me when we saw the bison and she stayed with me and didn't make any attempt to go near the bison.

Karl, more repeat today?

Mike, any more boxcar progress?
Hope you aren't suffering with the nasal infection any longer.

Curt, safe travels, have fun and lots of pictures please.

The van is good for another 20,000 miles.
Started heading north towards Idaho and I'll be there this afternoon.
I won't stay there.
Just passing through on my way to Wyoming.

Utah mountains from Wednesday's hike.
