Morning all,

Super Bowl LX!  Go Patriots!  I would never have thought at the beginning of the season they would make it this far, but  here we are.  I suspect Seattle will prevail, but it's all gravy considering the last couple of seasons.

It's 27 here, headed to 41.

Work yesterday was busy again.  But, I'm now off for the next two plus weeks.   8)

This was an interesting train turner at one of the display layouts at the Narrow Gauge convention.

Good morning, Jeff and crew.  It was about 10F in my barn earlier when I took care of the chickens and barn cat. The sun is bright over the NH seacoast, but I can hear the wind gusting up above us. Not a lot planned, but need to get away from the screen to make progress on my bridge.

Temp just in the teens in MI after mid single digits in the night.

Terrific barn fire at Michigan State last evening as they fought tooth and nail with the Illini from...Illinois.

No interest in the football game today, I hope those who do enjoy it.

Little to add.  Enjoy the time off, Jeff.

I'll be rooting for the "Hawks to win their second SB title! Twice as warm here today as yesterday. From -4 to -2 lol.

Cold morning in SE NH.  We didn't get as much snow here as James or Raymo got yesterday.

NPR had a segment on Springfield and the impact of tariffs on the model railroad industry:  https://www.npr.org/2026/02/08/nx-s1-5669412/the-model-railroad-world-feels-a-pinch-from-global-trade-uncertainty   (Audio today, transcript should be posted tomorrow.)

Down to the train room in a bit.

May I be the first to say Good Afternoon. I think we got about 6" here along the river, not sure what the official count is. Today it's cold but I'm hoping the sun might melt some of the ice on the driveway.
