Looks very good Tom. I would be very concerned about taking the tape off.

Good to see you back at this.  The idea is to use the sprue to position the letters on the framing?  That would work well.

Tom, I think the method you're using is going to work well.
I don't think removing the tape will be an issue.
That tape isn't that sticky and I know you'll be careful.
