Philip thanks. After I get the line pulley and the pulley for the item I want to power lined up I'll mark where the line pulley is with a fine tip marker. Then I'll slide the line pulley over and add a quick setting super glue and slide the line pulley into the glue making sure it's straight. Let it dry as per the packages instructions. Now the line pulley won't move and you can get a taut belt. Hope this helps.
