Morning all,

Hot and humid today with a high of 92.  Maybe a short walk this morning.

Did layout stuff to get ready for the backdrops which didn't arrive.  >:(  They were at the post office Monday, and apparently didn't get on the delivery truck.  We'll see what happens today, but as our mail comes late (sometimes after 6 PM), I'll find something else to get into.

Today's my 1 week follow-up from the first eye's cataract surgery.  Yesterday I called to 'volunteer' to go a week early for eye #2, but they said "Nope, you need more time between eyes."  Hopefully, though, today, I'll get relief from the nightly eye shield and most of the 14 eyedrops routine...

Yesterday's accomplishment was in the storage room of the attic.  I finally got rid of all that stereo gear, some of which is nearly 50 years old.  It all worked, but I have no idea who would want it, and I don't want to deal with on-line sales.  Today I'll try to do more pick-up/put-away in the train room, it's what I can do with my current optics.

Hazy bright overcast on the lake shore. I awoke to the Doll rearranging furniture. See if it stays now this short stay.  :-\

We'll see how the day develops, few plans made yet. I need to check the furnace filters.

Enjoy the day all.

Morning all. Just checking  while I wait to bring Ma to the podiatrist. Took the week off and worked yesterday trimming the crabapple tree away from the garage  roof.  I'll have to wait till Saturday to dispose of the branches. Until then I'll work on something at the bench..

Afternoon all,

Mowed the lawn before lunch and it's raining now so I lucked out there.

I should follow Dave's lead and start decluttering the garage. Surely there's stuff out there we'll never use.

Have a great one!

Back from the eye follow-up.  All's well.  No more eye shield at night, and a reduced eyedrop schedule!

Other eye gets done in 2 weeks.
