Morning all,

Happy Father's Day to all you dads out there.

Only a high of 65 today, but it's wet out and more rain forecast for the day.  Will head out to brunch later this morning to see how much bacon and sausages I can consume at one sitting.   ;D

Good morning, Jeff, Karl and crew.  It's a beautiful day in the lower Merrimack Valley: sunny, heading for 77F with a front coming through this afternoon. NWS says chance of showers, my phone is convinced there won't be anything.  I need to get back to my Gravely's carburetor after breakfast.  Meanwhile I'm comparing AA batteries online, with several electrical gadgets awaiting repair because I let batteries corrode through in them. >:(

Good morning all and Happy Father's Day!

We're back from our trip. Arrived home last evening and had a wonderful time in spite of both of us catching a mild cold this past week. It didn't slow us down. I also survived all the excursions and what not in spite of my back/hip issues. We'll start looking at the catalogs to pick out next year's adventure.

It's already 86 here and heading to 92. I need to give the lawn a quick mow before the rain starts later on today (if it does). Other than that, I'll be taking it easy and spending a little time at the workbench (I hope). I started the FOS Lucky Seven Tavern before we left on our trip so get back at it.

Have a great one!

Happy Father's Day

Our daugther and husband are joining us in an hour for the day. Hot dogs, hamburgers and hitting the pool so a great day in the works. Hope everyone enjoys it!

Bob, welcome home!  I hope you'll post some photos in future daily lounges.  Since we're not traveling the way we used to, I guess I have to travel vicariously through others...

I'm not actually qualified, but wife is still making me waffles for Father's Day.  The dogs are happy to sit with me on the couch with daddy while that's going on.

With the exception of one loose connection, the lighting project above the farm corner on the layout is done.  Wish me luck as I lean over the layout and under the dropped ceiling to contort into the corner to reseat the loose wire...

Scotch Club last night was great, good weather although breezy, and the "Laird O'the Malts" brought several high proof bottles to sample.

James, I've tried a couple brands of rechargeable batteries, and had best luck with Panasonics.
