Good afternoon from 10 miles downstream and 3 miles inland from Dan.  One short, intense shower around noon, otherwise mostly sunny and 70s here.  I put another basket of Yellow Transparent apples on the counter, seems like I'm about half way through harvesting them.

Congratulations, Dan!  Good to hear from you, Jaime! Hope you enjoy Chattanooga, you too Jim!  I hope Tom's recovery is progressing.

I've mostly been working on email and pictures today, but I did register for the NER convention in Southbridge, MA October 15-18. I'll be giving clinics on soldering and what they did with all the track you see in old photos.  I've offered to help judge the contest, but to satisfy a personal goal I need to get a model into that contest too.  That'll require less time at the computer for the next two months....
