I trust everyone had a satisfactory Labor Day. No more swimming int he pool and wearing white pants until 2027 

Were 10¢ cigars any good? Could you trade in Green Stamps for cigars?

I need to "psych" myself up to get back to work. The longer I stay away from work the less I want to return. Maybe I can trade a Jordan kit with Raymo for him to show up to work on my behalf....

This morning's photo was made in downtown Hot Springs, AR. We spent a week in that area 2 years ago to celebrate our wedding anniversary. If you all want to model this scene rush over to the Downton Deco site and buy you a nice brick building before all the Hydrocal in the modeling universe is exhausted.

Morning all,

A hot day on tap here in the 90s again.  I have a trip to Lowe's, Costco and the grocery store on tap for the morning.  

I don't miss work a bit.  Already planning to attend an RPM meet in Naperville next month.

Raymo, another great picture, keep those coming!   It looks like the building to the left replaced a 3 story frame structure from the late 18th/early 19th century.  But is that an enclosed staircase from the large building down to/through the frame building?  (Look at the top of the frame building and you'll see what I mean.)

I'll try a new glue for attaching clumps to Woodland Scenics armatures.  I'm still looking for an inexpensive but effective way to do this.

update   Amazon says my laser cutter 'is on the truck for delivery'  :-)
