Morning all,

Fifty nine degrees here and raining AGAIN!  The national weather service has us for 11 inches this month which is a record for September, and it still raining.  I hope it dries out enough tomorrow to try to mow again.  

Hawkeyes won a thriller on a last play pass for a touchdown.  Hopefully the Patriots can win today as well.

Still more "mental work" on the layout  than physical, will continue that today.

Morning.  Survived  the big Nor'Easter so far here in the northeast.  A few big limbs have come down so far in the neighborhood  but we still have power. Started working on one of the 3D printed vehicles i purchased a couple weeks ago yesterday  afternoon

Jeff, your HAWKEYES are awesome.  Great showing! Unfortunately I was on another channel watching my SPARTANS throw their season down the tubes.  The EMS cart driver had more screen time than anyone.  What a day for the orthopedic clinic.  The zebra crew had their heads in strange places a couple times, too.  Nebraska is not a team to be trifled with, either. 

OPS went well yesterday at Andy's the full day's schedule was run.   

Raymo, I have a couple of those folks bulldozers, well done models for the quite reasonable prices.  I have to slap myself every time I get their e-mail adv and scream, NO MORE, when I see their stuff.  Military stuff is real nice looking.

Beautiful storybook day on tap here.  The Doll has some stuff on sale on Marketplace and has buyers on the way today.  Always nice to get rid of some of her stuff.

Good MorningFolks;

Well, not in the big league names I am hearing this morning, but my USF Bulls played Bowling Green at their place yesterday and squeaked one out in the 4th quarter. We start the season 4-0 and with our new Head Coach (the former assistant head coach at Ohio State) we have found the way to win these early, play cupcake teams, oh wait we are one!

Anyway, it was actually a good game to watch. Today my bride comes back from her dragon boat meet in Atlanta. All is right in our house since her boat place 1st in the breast cancer survivor division, the one she races in. They came in second for the overall cancer division which has mixed male, female teams. That was a real accomplishment since many of those boat had 4-5 male members and that really makes a difference in boat speed.

So I need to clean up this place so it does not look like a mess. With the weather so nice today we will have the windows open! Have a great day.

We've had rain and wind, but neither have been particularly heavy.  I suspect we're far enough inland from Raymo that is making a difference.  But then, we're not at peak storm yet.  

Yesterday I started a major pick-up.put-away effort. The train room had really gotten out of control.  That'll continue today, along with hopefully finishing the little laser-cut shed.  Doing the shingles takes time, I lay down 3 segments, add a bit of glue to lock them into position, then once the glue is set, I can trim them along the hex roofline.

Morning all,

The weather here took a really nice turn lately. Lower humidity and temperatures. Sunny with a high of 84 expected today. The downside is the pollen counts are high so it's tough on those affected by that. My eyes were burning when I got this morning.

Back at the workbench this afternoon. I'm working on a small FOS freebie, the Roast Beef stand.

Maybe good weather, and Dave, will inspire me to do some cleanup of my workbenches in the garage this week. It's sorely needed.
