Thanks Rick, Karl, Dave and Mike.
I'm very happy with how my rusty roofing is going these days.  I seem to have perfected a consistent method I'm happy with.
Thanks for the hint Dave.  I have now added some black stain to those areas.

Mike, the corrugated paper product I use is from John Hunter here in Australia. It's 1/48 scale.
He has gone back into the kit making business, under the name:- Smalltown Craftsman Kits & Accessories.
Really only selling locally, so doesn't have a website.

In the USA, you might want to try Full Circle Models.  They have corrugated paper sheets in various colours, and some even printed with varying rust effects on them.  Dave Meek is using them on his kits these days.
