This is my latest. Sweaty Betty' Diner from Bar Mills.  Not really that pleased with the outcome; I just had a hard time getting into it.  Also don't like that much stick on material.  No reflection on quality of kit.  Just me. Jim

Looks good to me Jim. Those awnings can be tricky - yours look great. Nice color choice too.

Maybe some light colored gravel on the roof would help lighten it up bit.
