Karl,
Very nice work.  Gardiner Tack is on my list to build.  Looks like it will be something different.  I have a question for you on a kit that I am building (Bernard Tractor).  After seeing your gravel roof on the Gardiner structure how would do you think gravel would look on the main roof of Bernard.  Can you also tell me what material you used to do the gravel roof.

Hi Mike:

I built Bernsard's Tractor and also put a gravel roof on it. I use Highball Real dirt strained through a fine sive. The glue is from a small can of Rustoleum black paint. If i can find my photos I'll post one.

Thanks for you compliments.

Karl,
Gardiner came out great.  Love the gravel roof.  I get bored with all roofs done with tar paper.
Let's bring back shingles & gravel. I also love the look of clean painted buildings.  Keep in mind this is coming from a guy that Malcolm Furlow taught to model  (run down with a little lean to it

Looks great Karl. Another interesting design by Fos and great color selections as well!

Karl,
I was intrigued when I saw this kit on Doug's website.  I love all the interesting rooflines and the way it looks like the building grew naturally over time.  You are doing your usual awesome build, I love the way the roof came together with the billboard, roof access building, and the varied types of roofing.

Hi Guys:

Got The front wall of the left end addition done last night. Will post a photo sometime today as I would like opinions on how it looks. It painted Floquil Rail Brown dry-brushed with silver. Windows & doors are reefer white. This is a time consuming fun to build kit.
