Good chilled morning from Wisconsin. 43f degrees now feels like 40 and only heading to 63, but it shall be sunny.

Went to Volleyball on campus last night. Big time blow out. I'm not a fan of a major college team playing a cupcake school in any sport but the UW Badgers needed this. Coach for the 1st time in our 10th season as a ticket holder played all but 2 healthy players and they were starters!

Today is slot car day at the grandson's. 3 other grandparents and a single mom will be acting as chaperones and slot car attendants. This is the 3rd race day he and 3 friends have organized and the 1st with some scheduling issues. The 4 organizers forgot about the home Badger football game and that 7 of the 24 racers families have season tickets. That's where the grandparents come to the rescue. There will be a few kids staying until parents can pick them up. Races are scheduled to be done by 2:30. Thankfully the pool water is at 82 last night per the son in law. I did hire the 2 girls we have used for years to life guard the pool. Sophomores at UW this semester they willing and need the money again. Last year as Freshmen they were to cool to watch the pool.

No trains today.

Morning. Breakfast is 2 Eggs anyway you want it , any meat, and toast. Plan is to haul some brush to the town yard before the big rain event later today. Ma's back in rehab so I've been cleaning up projects on the bench and painting little detail parts.

Good morning ACLTom, Curt, Larry and the rest of the crew that drops in later.

Thanks for the coffee and breakfasts Tom and Curt.

Tom, have fun running trains with the Judge, hope the locomotive work is easy.

Curt, sounds like your next few days are free, maybe some modeling time?

Larry, the porch looks great.

Jerry, I don't work for free anymore  ;D

Currently 13c (55f) and overcast.  After working yesterday I did spend some time at the bench and made progress on the pile bents.  I even found time to post an update.  More work today and then I should be caught up with that.  after that I'll watch the F1 qualifying and start adding the gazillion NBW castings on the pile bents.

Have a great day everyone.

Morning Gents,

Tom thanks for the coffee and breakfast. Have fun running trains.

Curt I'll take a second cup-o-joe. I'm sure you'll find something to do with yourself today.

What's your plans for the day.

It's a rainy 60 with a high of only 65 in New York. Looks like an all day rain event so I doubt my Contractor will show up to work on the back roof. Hopefully some bench time today. Not much else going on here.

Have a great day!!! Be well and stay safe.

Good Morning All,

Today for breakfast is coffee, cereal, bagels, yogurt, OJ, and soda.

Started out with a walk at 76F with higher humidity. So much for cooling down over the next 4 days.

I'm not sure what's on the agenda today since MOH isn't here to tell me what's important! ;D I did get MOH's car checked for her trips. They made good time going to Sarasota even though it was I-4 and I-75 on a Friday rush hour.

I've flapped my gums enough this morning.

I hope everyone has a good day.

Morning all,

Breakfast is ready. Today we have whatever you have a taste for, just help your self. Of course, I also have fresh Fl. OJ, coffee and tea.

The Judge is coming over this morning to run trains. We have some work to do on a couple locos.

The yard work went very smoothly yesterday. I had a nice sea breeze out of the east and I only took two breaks as opposed to the 5-06 I normally take when doing the yard work.

Have a safe and happy day everyone.

Oh, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO SLIM (Bill Satore of Micorlumina).

Tom
