Here's a little one evening project that I came up with many years ago. I believe
the idea came from one of the FSM kits.

I've made several roof access sheds using this hand drawn plan. I used manilla folder
paper for all of them cutting them out using the dimensions shown. Once you have one
drawn out you can print as many as needed. Note: The plan shown will most likely not
print out to scale so you will have to drawn your own first version.

Assembly is straight forward. Just be careful not to cut those lines that are to be scored
and folded. Use a straight edge and an X-acto blade to cut out the form. Do not use
scissors. The assembled shed can be painted as is or embellished with different siding
materials.

Hi Jim - a lot depends on what you're using hardware/software wise.  I'm on Windows and using IE so I I'd start by clicking the picture to open it, then right clicking on it and selecting copy from the menu.  I'd then open up paint and paste it into paint.  From there I'd crop out the stuff I don't need and then do a test print and check the measurements to determine if it needs to be larger or smaller.  Then I'd play around with resizing it until I got it close the correct size when printed out.

There's a lot of different ways to do this though and it depends on what software you're most familiar with.

What a great little detail feature.  Thanks for sharing your drawing with us.  I've got a couple of yet to be built structures just waiting for a detail like this.

Here's another one. Didn't realize it was so fuzzy. Blasted photos show
every little gotcha. Door is a FSM casting from the scrap box.
