The roofing is completed.

guess I can start a little weathering at this point then the sign and the piping.

Well I couldn't wait, a little bit of weathering. I had the basic primer gray to start then added Apple Barrel acrylic pewter gray, granite gray and finally burnt umber to finish. That will do it for the paint, after the build is finished I will add some chalks.

now the sign and piping.

I gave a call to my buddy Rich from RS Laser kits and three days later I had my sign letters. I made them slightly bigger than the proto picture because they will be near the back of the layout and I want them to be seen. First off I painted them barn red then began mounting them to two 2" by 6". I have Mauston done and starting on Farmers.

Andy,

Great job on the structure. Looks like it now needs some real estate next to some track.

Thanks guy's for the great comments.

Tom, I have it planted on the layout. I will post pictures of it there when I get that problem fixed with the Milw. Rd. layout post.

Thanks again everyone for looking.

Super model Andy just cutting and gluing the corrugated on would have driiven me mad!  And a second thumbs up for the Loctite gel, that and UHU POR are my two favourite modelling adhesives right now.
Modelling my version of Colorado Narrow Gauge here in the UK.  Any resemblance to reality is purely accidental.
