A quick note on Dundon's Coal - Tom's picture just above - this structure is covered in section F10 on page 35 of this thread.  It's a great picture and needs to be here and Tom has no way of adding it back on page 35. It's just the way the thread works.  I just mention it here for reference and to make sure you are not trying to figure out why I missed it in this section.
