Tom,

What else can I say, your scenery is great.  I like how your trees blend with the backdrop and your use of different kinds of trees.

When my wife and I were in New England several weeks ago, I was paying particular attention to the trees, because I am from the West and don't have trees like the East does, and they are different species of trees growing amongst each other.

Steve,

Thank you, much appreciated. Joey's photo backdrops really help in the blending process. When I decided to add the piney woods, I looked at all the roadway trees I could while driving.

My wife said, one of these days you should also pay attention to the traffic around you. ;D ;D

Reminds me of the Woods on my Uncle's farm in Michigan.  I could almost get lost in them.

Are you sure my mother didn't put you up to posting that?

I sincerely thank you very much for the kind and thought provoking compliment. I'm not sure I deserve all the encomium as I'm still learning as I build along.

Again, I appreciate your kind support of my work.

Jim,

These woods are all over America. I spent many weekends of my youth camping in the woods.

Thom,

Then I think it is very safe to say we have a patois going among us forum folks.

I have something special to share with everyone but don't have the pictures ready yet. Hopefully I'll be able to share this news tomorrow.

It's a new technique in building scenery. I certainly can't take credit for it but I do intend to learn how to do it.

Okay, I'll get on this tomorrow. In the mean time, I'll share what I've been doing on the A&S RR.

But first, I need to get a fresh Diet Pepsi and then I'll get started.

T~,
"Patois", hummm, you must have reached up deep to pull that one out! ha.  I admit, I had to look that one up. (yup I used my paper Webster for that one).  Tinx, I learned something new today.  Reminds me of  the old Bill O' Reilly's word of the day he used to post on his non-quiescent show.

Oh can't wait for the special news announcement.  I know it's not a boy or girl.  ;D    Thanx Thom...

Prior to adding more scenery to the farm area, I wanted to go ahead and build a wood deck bridge. This bridge will allow farmer Perkins to cross the track to his farm.

The bridge will be placed here, between the fence posts and the foreground side of the sand hill.

Back in a few. Got side tracked and forgot the Diet Pepsi.
