I LOVE that building!

One day, I was home early from work and PostalKarl suddenly announces in the build thread that "whoever responds first can have it" ...that was it for me in N scale! A week later, the building was in my possession, the N scale structures were in a closet, and I was calling my track HOn30. Thank you Karl for the push...I couldn't be happier!

The master wasn't going to make the deal. However, the chance to get a PostalKarl building was to much of a pull to pass on.

This Pier 27 building can't be used on real estate. It is a structure designed to fit on a pier with barges. The bay doors are to low and loading docks can't be made to fit.

What am I going to do with it? Put it on the shelf and see what the future brings.

I've been working on the fuel facility and will have an update later in the week.

On a side note, Franks two citrus processing structures arrived this afternoon. Franks pictures really don't do the structures justice.

Nothing to do with Frank's pictures, its just that they are beautiful. And, I'll add, larger than they appear in the pictures.

Anyway, I need to make a few minor FEDEX OOPS repairs. Nothing serious just minor loose parts.

I'll show the buildings later in the week after the repairs are made.
