I'd say you got down and dirty yesterday.

Someone with a couple years on their hands and some computer usage skills could sift through your A&S posts over the years and extract your scenery how-to's for presentations at future Fine Scale shows (if they happen).  Otherwise, an e-book, maybe have Joe Fugate market it.

Your dirt road is taking shape very nicely, Tom.

Cheers, Mark.

Hey Tom:

All looks just great so far. Can't wait to see it with the church installed.

Larry,

Yes, I did get a little dirty on this one.

I did think about doing a "How to do Scenery" but as you said it would take a lot of time to go through the three parts and put it together.

I've had several request to redo my brass basket case thread on this forum. I guess I'd do it if there is enough interest. In fact, I was gong to do the brass rebuild for Fugate but never took the time.

I hope we have more FSM shows but it doesn't look very promising.

Mark, Cheers,

Thank you, this has really been a fun little side track on the layout work.

I have so many photos of the Atlantic and Southern RR thread, 5,335 pictures, that I needed to open a second file just for the photos.

I moved photos #5001 to date into a New Layout Build 2 file. This has made it easier to access the current photos.

The FOS Riverbend Church, now the Tahope Southern Baptist Church in complete.

It was a fun build and even more fun kit bashing it to fit my idea of a southern style country church.

The old dirt road is now dry and the crossings show a lot of dirt from use.

The track and road still need a little weathering.

More in a few.

I planted some junk shrubs and vines where two oak trees were previously located. I didn't want to obscure the view of the stained glass windows.

Diet Pepsi time, back in a few.
