"Soon" in John's layout terms might be within the next two years  ;D  Or, just as likely, Reading Bob will run out of kits and bail me out again. I've got a few ahead of it in my queue. My spot for it has a couple other unfinished kits behind it and some serious scenic forms nearby that need to be done first to minimize my likelihood of smashing it. In particular, Fos' Pendleton Marine and Cookson Soap, which are both essentially flats (and, I believe, much less challenging builds) should probably come first. I need to re-measure that spot as well. thanks for the footprint dimensions.
