Gman,

My AS is big enough, you don't need to show everyone just how big!

Great tool box.  I have my Dad's tools and us them every day on the layout.  They just seem to work better than the one's I bought.
John,
The old tools are certainly better than the junk made today! I have a wood handle hammer that is 60+ years old and it hammers just fine!
Tom ;D

I inherited an axe my grandfather owned from my Dad before he died. The handle's been changed once in it's lifetime and the heads been replaced, but it's still my grandfathers axe.
Working on my second million. I gave up on the first.

I bet you are further along by now.

Bill,

First, let me be the first to welcome you to the forum! This color is as close as I can get to Pennsy Tuscan!

Thanks for stopping by and posting a comment, I appreciate it! Yes, I am much further along and I'll be posting a few more demo photos later this evening.

Yes, no matter the repair, it is still grand dad's axe!

In the next set of photos, you can see I've made more progress in the removal of the old layout.

Again, note that this was done two months ago and I'm just now getting caught up on the thread.

Continued in a few.
