Cousin Brucie,

Thank you kind sir. This was a fun build and even more fun in changing the footprint.

Thank you, much appreciate the compliment. The dusty effect on the roof is the result of some PanPastel chalks.

Curt,

Thank you, appreciate your comment. The sign would be nothing without the fly. That big ole fly really adds to the structure as well.

Okay, I'm nearing the end of this build. It has been fun. Here's a front view of Hollis Pest Control.

A few details were added to the office area and then weathered. Notice the tar pitch around the lower roof and the edge of the shingled roof. This was done using a small paint brush and the Gallery Glass Simulated Liquid Leading.  I used to mix white glue and black paint and thanks to Reading Bob for giving me the Gallery Glass leading.

More  in a few.

A small chimney was added to the rear of the office roof.

I added a small roof over the rear porch and supported it with a 4X4 post. I set it at the same angle of the main roof. The roofing paper was weathered with Light and Medium Gray PanPastels.

Continued in a few.

A barrell and misc. cabinet were added to the rear area. The cabinet was a gift from JusticeCity (Marty) when he visited the A&S RR.

This next photo shows the weathered roof and tar. The roof paper on the corner has been reglued.
