Good morning all,

It's going to be another hot day here.  No sign of any rain until next week.

It will be a full day working the real job.

Hopefully the  basement drywall will be delivered today as schedule.

Morning all.

Cooler here.  Only going to get to 88.

They found a vehicle for us, so Friday we'll be driving back to the western 'burbs' to pick it up.  Need to clean out the glove compartment, etc from the old van today.  Might wash my car as the bugs on the windshield are making it difficult to see.  :P

Probably will spray paint the track that I put down Monday.

Good morning.

Overcast with rain in the forecast.  Glad I finished up mowing the lawn yesterday.  It was starting to look pretty ragged.

Planning to continue working on some freight cars.

I hope everyone has a safe and rewarding day!

Good Morning Everyone;

We have a new member, Ed, who joined yesterday, so hi Ed glad to have you join the group! Today I plan on continuing my testing on how best to get the lift bridge I am making rise and lower in the manner the original actually operated. I think I can make it happen but we will see.  I will post a picture if successful.

Other then that nothing on the schedule. Hope everyone has a great day.

Good morning,

I dreamt it was cold outside, I should've had that spicy rice last night.

For inspiration, check YouTube for films of the Bourne Railroad Bridge. Used to take the kids there for amusement while staying on the Cape.

Second day here on TMF! I think the verification requirements for each post will disappear soon. Appreciate the welcomes.

I hear ya'll, love pictures! This is from our (my 2 brothers & I) D&S ride in Colorado, summer 2022. Unfortunately, the C&T was not running at the time due to the threat of wildfires along the route, but we did enjoy a visit to Cumbres Station.
