Morning all,

Had an early breakfast but will have a drink of OJ.

Pam and I ran a few errands this morning and now it's time to edge and cut the grass. I will take my time.

Pam and I had a great dinner late yesterday and we each have half of that meal to eat tonight. I've noticed that I don't eat as much as I used to.

Now, I need to get to the yard as it won't get any cooler.

Have a safe and happy day everyone.

Larry, thanks for the coffee and breakfast.  Congratulations on getting back to the bench.

TomO, good luck with the weather.

Rick, good luck in your quest for a camping site.  The photos you have posted are stunning.

Philip, congrats on the greenhouse floor project.  Maybe you should call the greenhouse a hothouse.

Dave, your day doesn't sound like much fun.  Go back to bed!

Ron, hope you make it to the bench tonight.

TomACL, good luck with the lawn work.

How is the rest of the crew?

It's a partly cloudy day with a forecast temperature of 86F.  No plans but I will eventually head upstairs to finish laying track.  I hope to put a few things on the 3D printers, too.

Have fun,
mike

If I had a dollar for every fresh out of the sawmill 2x4 I've seen this week I'd be a very wealthy man.
The engineers at the RR I used to work at went on strike this morning.
I'm proud of how they're sticking with their demands.
I was very disappointed with the poor contract my union agreed to and even more disappointed that the members approved it.
Yes, I know, I'm up extremely early.
I bought a book a couple weeks ago on the 100 best hikes in Oregon.
This morning I'm doing one of those and wanted to get an early start.
No, I'm not doing all 100.

Today's photo is for Jerry because I know he likes lighthouses.

Good Morning All,

Thanks for opening and breakfast Rick. Pretty picture. Enjoy your hike.

I slept horribly last night but not because of illness. SIL is coming over this morning to install the new pool pump. The old one died while on the cruise. :-X In another life he did pool and spa maintenance.

Now to finish- This morning I did chores and painted the exterior air vent piping that I put together yesterday.

TomO I hope the severe weather missed you and your family yesterday.

I hope everyone has a good day.

Good morning Rick and crew! Thanks for the coffee Rick. Neat lighthouse! We have 3 cats, two outside males, and the tortoiseshell is never going out. She was feral and tamed after a 2 week stint trying to catch her. The 2 boys are 9 & 7. I need to get back on modeling track. No bites on the guitar yet. Like I need another guitar...

Huge storms are here. The weather reporter seem to try keeping us on edge. Hard rain but they throw in all the sensational of what may happen.

Half the green house floor is done. I'll finish up next week because the weather is suppose to be cooler. Plus I'm wore out!

Heading to Kroger grocery is on the agenda today. Maybe Save-a-lot.

Have a great day!

Philip

Good Morning,

Rick thanks for the coffee and breakfast. Nice lighthouse photo and enjoy your hike; hopefully your buddy can with you.

Tom O sounds like a catch 22 with the decluttering.

Curt maybe a nap is in your future; we all have nights like that unfortunately. Nice you have someone you know to do pool maintenance.

Philip the weather weenies do the same thing here; trying to scare the crap out of people.
Get some rest at the bench and have fun grocery shopping.

What are you doing this fine day.

It's 67 and rain with a high of 77 in New York. They're calling of scattered storms this afternoon; hope we don't loose power AGAIN. Work continues on the model rafters and more today. Not much else going on here.

Have an enjoyable day!! Be well and have a safe day.

Good morning Rick, ACLTom, Curt, Philip, Larry and the rest of the crew that drops in later.

Thanks for the coffee and breakfast Rick.  Medford OR, are you going to visit Micro-Trains? 8)  Like Jerry, I love a great lighthouse pic, enjoy your hike today.

Tom, have fun decluttering the decluttering. ;D

Curt, glad to see you are up and doing stuff again.

Philip, Hope the storms are not to bad.

Larry, have fun at the bench today,

Jerry, hope Diane came back with a clean bill of health.

Currently 80F and sunny here.  Last night at the bench, I installed the light boxes in building #2 and started the light box in building #3.  Hopefully I can finish that tonight and add the lights to it.

Have a great day everyone.

Morning everyone

Rick thanks for the coffee & breakfast.
Beautiful picture thanks for thinking of me on that one.

Tom I hope your cluttering and decluttering comes to an a happy ending soon!!

Curt take a nap that always works.

Philip hope you don't spend all your money grocery shopping.

Morning Ron looking forward to an update.

Larry hope you get the rafters done.

Weather in South Jersey cloudy/69.  Showers later 75.
Could be a good day to sit at the bench.
Diane blood work was fine.

Everyone have a great day!! :)

Good morning folks,

Rick, thanks for opening, the coffee, and the bagel.  Enjoy your hike.  I love lighthouses, too.

TomACL, you crack me up, cleaning clutter...  ;D

Curt, hope you sleep better tonight or this afternoon, whichever comes first.

Philip, hope the storms stay away, especially away from the greenhouse.

Larry, good luck on the rafters.

Ron, congrats on light boxes 2 and 3.

How is the rest of the crew?

It's another cloudy day, but the temperature is supposed to reach 90°F.  I took care of outdoor duties yesterday, so I'm staying inside today.

I finished laying the track on Phase I (photos posted) and now need to design and install the wiring under the layout.  I don't like wiring, BTW.

I have one more wall panel to print, then work will begin on the water tower.  I think I'll print the tank core, then wrap it in wood.  The doors and windows in the water tank will be tricky to cut out because of the hardness of the 3D print PLA.

That's it for now.

Have fun,
mike

The problem I have after I clean up is I can't find all that stuff I "put away"...  I can remember where it was before I picked it up, though!

Back in place today. It's amazing how quickly things can change and your paths venture in new unexplored directions. I'm not one to air medical information online suffice it to say this has been a stressful week.

There were numerous strong thunderstorms and tornadoes here last night causing lots of damage and power outages. We kept ours thankfully.

That's it for now. Here is our favorite lighthouse at Crisp Point a wild trail ride to Lake Superior
