Morning all,

Breakfast is ready. Today I have western omelette with hot sauce and link sausage. Drinks on the end of table.

I did get the train shed carpet tiles finished and my back and knees are sore. This to shall pass. Now I can work on Merchants Row and not feel the need to finished the tiles.

Karl, When I go out of UF I worked for a catering service. Very strange things occur in the food service industry. I mainly delivered but I have seen shrimp jump to the floor only to be put back on the tray. Odd how a shrimp can do that after being steamed, deshelled and deveined. Newer knew shrimp could do that.  8)

We have an appointment with our lawyer to up-date paper work. I have a personal distaste for lawyers.

Have a safe and happy day everyone.

Good morning everyone.

La Pine weather: Mostly sunny, with a high near 68.

Coffee, sodas and OJ are ready.
Basic two eggs any way you like, crispy bacon and/or sausage and roasted potatoes for breakfast today.

Greg, hope your streak of relaxing days continues for another day.

Mike, it might of looked close but I have a healthy fear of heights and falling and don't get that close.
Thanks for taking the time to watch.

Philip, hope Gena's root canal goes well.

Jerry, I think we should continue the tradition of starting a new lounge after 100 pages.

Dave, hope the storm didn't cause you any problems.

Karl, are both vehicles back on the road?
Happy Belated Birthday to Vicki.

Larry, did you get your bench time?

ACLTom, carpet tiles done?

Curt, sorry about the pool filter but hope the dishwasher install went well.

Ron, any more modeling last night?

TomO, how's the traveling going?

Hope everyone else is doing well.

Star and I did an 8 mile mostly flat hike along the Fall and Deschutes Rivers.
Today's plan is to hit the gym and then find a good spot to hunker down for the weekend.

A picture from yesterday's hike.

Have a great day everyone.

ACLTom, good morning.
I saw you were logged on but didn't know you'll fix breakfast.  :-\
Thanks for the second cup.

Good Morning All,

Thanks for opening and breakfast Tom. Enjoy your day.

Thanks for the second breakfast Rick. I have a very healthy fear of heights also.

Started out the day with a walk at 72 F. This was the first one in over a month and I am sore now. Yesterday the dishwasher install went well and we ran it last night so that's one house repair completed.

Also yesterday I built a small water tank and stand. I ended up doing a minor modification to it.

Today I was going to do several chores outside but that's being delayed until tomorrow morning. Instead I'll force myself to work on the kit. ;)

Rick pretty scenery.

Karl belated happy birthday to the doll.

Philip I hope Gena only has minor pain.

I hope everyone has a good day.

Good Morning Folks;

Thought I would stop by and say hi. Tom thanks for breakfast, already on my third and last coffee of the day. Rick I love seeing your photos, I remember visiting many of the places you have shown and wish I still was. As for myself I heard from Rusty yesterday and the winter challenge award kits are about ready to ship so hope to get them out in June. I myself have been finishing up some scenery on layout and getting ready for the net project, finishing canal scene and building rolling bridge across it. That will kee3p me busy for a while.

Well hot and dry here in Florida hope everyone has a great weekend.

Good morning folks,

TomACL, thanks for opening, coffee, and the omelet.  Good luck at the lawyers.

Rick, your photos make me hanker for my fly rod.  Good luck with the camping spot quest.  I'm going to get fatter with all these breakfast meals!  ;)

Curt, sorry you have to work on the kit.   ;D

Jim, thanks for stopping by.  Good luck with the canal scene.

Gregory, hope you have a relaxing day.

How is the rest of the crew?

It's a bright morning in the Piedmont, and the temperature is forecast for 82°F. I plan to do a little work outdoors, then head upstairs to the bench. Yesterday, I began weathering the tower and making the banding hoops.

Have fun,
mike
My current builds are on the Buffalo Canyon Mining Company's wooden Howe Truss Bridge, and miscellaneous rolling stock .

Good morning ACLTom, Rick, Curt, Jim, Mike and the rest of the crew that drops in later.

Thanks for the coffee and breakfasts Tom and Rick.

I see my post from yesterday never made it. :o

Tom, bet your glad the carpet tiles are done, it sounded like it was a major project.

Rick, I agree with mike about your pictures, I'm also longing for my fishing rod.  Hope you find a great place to stay for the weekend.

Curt, Did the dishwasher installation go well? Have fun working on the kit.

Jim, thanks for dropping in, you should do it more often.

Mike, don't overwork yourself with the outside chores and have fun working on the water tower.

As for the tradition of starting a new lounge every 100 pages, I would like to keep the tradition going.

Currently 76F and clear here in Northern Florida.  No modeling last night as I ended up going to bet early, one of the things that happen when one gets older.  I just need to complete one more building for the town of Henderson which will have a full interior.  Hopefully I'll get started tonight.

Have a great day everyone.

Early sun has turned to overcast, cold 40s, but no rain.

The Doll thanks all who wished her well. We had pizza, b'day cake and giggles last evening visiting friends in the day. She was tired.

Only my truck, Jeep Gladiator, is back online 2 batteries in the damn thing, due to that rediculous off-on engine start mandated by the gubbamint  >:(
First battery purchase I've made for the newer style batterie$$  :o Wow!

My son took me for a ride in the used Tesla he bought. Sure has a kick! Not my bowl of Cheerios but he likes it. It sits too low for me. Was his birthday yesterday too. 49! Sure makes me feel old.

Lots to do today. Little chance to get to the bench.

Everyone have a fine day, weekend and hono(u)r our veterans.

G Morning. Is someone locking this joint?

Good Late Morning,

Tom thanks for the coffee an breakfast. Glad to hear the rug tiles are finished...now back to modeling.
Speaking of "jumping" food. When I worked for Wegmans Food Markets they were big on food safety. One employee did something similar and was instantly fired; no questions asked.

Rick thanks for breakfast #2. Safe travels and hope you find a suitable camping site for the long weekend.
Another beautiful photo; thanks for posting.

Curt glad the DW install went well. Don't cha hate it when you HAVE to work at the bench. Lol.

Jim nice you stopped by. Sounds like the modeling is going well; enjoy.

Mike have fun at the bench. Wished we had water temps here.

Ron work does have a way of making you tired but it still happens after you retire; spoiler alert.

Karl when my daughter was looking at cars last fall some had that annoying feature but it could be switched off if you didn't care to use it. 2 batteries? one's expensive enough. Glad you and Doll had an enjoyable day.

Jerry thanks for getting us some new digs and have fun at the bench. Have to check out #2.

Philip what's shaking.

It's another chilly and dreary 49 degree day with a high of only 51. The weather is supposed to break Sunday so we'll see. Ran the usual Friday morning errands and did spend some time at the bench roofing; hope to finish it today.

Have a great day!!! Be well and stay safe.
