Should Modeler's Forum have a Topic for Layout or Track construction?

Re-posting my B&M Eastern Route thread in the HO/HOn3/HOn30 Line sub-forum, there were a couple things of more general interest that I had put in RR-Line's subforum Subroadbed, Roadbed & Track.  Readers who wanted details could follow the link I included, those following my layout progress could skip. And those interested in track construction in general could find my thread topic among a broad range of techniques and history in the specialized forum.

I don't have RR-Line's whole list of sub-forums.  With "Subroadbed, Roadbed & Track" I recall sub forums on Layout Design, Operations, Scenery, Benchwork and the NMRA AP (which had sub-topics on each of the AP certificates).  Uncomplicated techniques and questions typically stayed in a main Q&A thread, more involved topics were put in their own threads.

What do management and the user community think?
