Good Morning Folks;

Coffee is brewing , clubhouse lights on and I have the potbelly stove warming the place up. Pull up a chair, grab a snack and enjoy the day.

I need to apologize for not showing up as much as I'd like and hope to do better. Lots going on but always time to say hello. In that vain I came across a post from a member Ensign who I had missed saying hi to when he joined in January! Sorry. I suspect there are several I have missed so I will be checking up and saying hi today. Hope everyone else has a great day.

Jim and followers,
My late father-in-law was a self-employed road warrior. He thought nothing of leaving suburban Boston in the early morning light, traveling to Bath, ME, making his sales call or take orders and be back home in time for dinner. He was also an officer in the crew of the book Mr. Roberts was based on (that's a story for another day).
When he retired, he frequently said he was going to work to relax as he was too damn busy being retired.
Working on my second million. I gave up on the first.

Morning everyone

Jim thanks for the coffee.

Waiting on my neighbor I have go with him to show him where the inspection station is located.
He's just terrible with directions!!

Everyone have a great day!!  :)

Good morning, all.  40s with a good deal of cloud cover on the NH seacoast.  Late breakfast after a blood draw.  Didn't have any Forum time yesterday, spent it at Seashore Trolley Museum hanging new trolley wire in a carbarn.

Sometimes I expect to be busy but other people fall through.  I'd had an appointment for cleaning my teeth, moved that so I could meet with a distant town's Planning Board. Find out early today that's delayed a month. I guess I'll work on my layout, that's always waiting for me to do more.

Bright sun and 300  8) at sun up, hours ago.  Inspired me to go to Lowe's and p/up some fertilizer, Scotts crab grass prevention concoction they were offering a bag of Weed N Feed for late spring free with each bag of the first stuff.  Picked up sunflower seeds and suet for the birds at Tractor Supply then home.  Picked up a sody pop at McD and had to wait 2 min while the Gen ? at the pay window was texting on his phone.... >:(  by the time I got back home, the clouds were back and with them the spirit for outside vanished...totally. :-\ It's damp and chilly

Plenty to do inside.

Good afternoon, All!  54, feels like 50, and sunny (!!!) here in the northern mitten.  First sailboat I've seen on the Bay this year showed up a while ago, so maybe, just maybe, there's some Spring in our future.  Still dragging from last night's Op Session (which was fun), and with the fifty-mile road trip (one way) involved, got me into the rack at 0200.  Will probably postpone driving to town today.... 😴

Make it a great day, All, and stay safe!
