Good Morning All,

Today for breakfast is coffee, cereal, bagels, yogurt, OJ, and soda.

It's in the 60 heading to the 80's later. Just got done feeding the animals. I woke up at 0430 for a bathroom break and then I was wide awake.:( Today we have the drive to Lakeland (about an hour) to pick up the animals. After that I'm sure the wife will find me other stuff to do.

Tomorrow I won't be in until late due to my MD appointment. I checked my new labs yesterday and they all moved in the right direction with Triglycerides taking a significant drop. ;D

Mike that was an excellent movie and the story line stayed with the book in most cases.

Ron Good Luck to your wife today.

I hope everyone has a good day.

Morning all,

Thanks for breakfast Curt. Good news on the lower numbers.

Rick, good news on the scheduling front.

Ron, Hope all goes well with your wife.

Karl, nice looking 4-Runner

I haven't done any modeling for the past three days. The yard work calls my name and I won't get it done sitting at the work bench.

I'll check in here and there these next several days.

In removing the bad grass, I used the edger to cut it in squares. Then use the scuttle hoe to remove the grass at the roots, then use the pitch fork to put it in the bag.

Have a safe and happy day everyone.

Tom

Good Morning,

Curt thanks for the coffee and breakfast. Unfortunately we all have days like that where everything takes president over modeling.

Tom don't overdue it with the grass removal. Do you have to do that often?

What's your day going to be like?

It's a partly cloudy 53 with a high of 63 but rain later in the day. Have all kinds of flowers popping up; daffodils, Tulips, and Narcissus....I guess Spring has sprung. I probably won't make it to the bench until later when it rains in the meantime I have a lot of sticks in the backyard that needs picking up.

Have a great day!! Be well and stay safe.

Today's photo is from the Pergammunmuseum in Berlin:

That's at the top of my wife's "places to revisit" llst.  Unfortunately, it's partially closed for renovations until 2027 (if they stay on schedule...)

Light rain all day today here in SE NH, but they say it'll get up to 67.  There are still some patches of snow on back yards in the neighborhood, along with the piles pushed up by plows.  But one of my hellebores is blooming:

Unfortunately, most of those have been wiped out by a fungus that apparently comes from the mulch.  I like these because they're evergreen, they bloom very early, and deer won't touch them.

8) Sun and 50 with a prediction of storms and unpleasantness by afternoon.

I worked on the layout a little bit yesterday, more today and tomorrow a chance.

Never cottoned to the idea of foreign travel, plenty of wonder and beauty to enjoy in the USofA for me. The photos are great, tho.  :D Thanks for sharing them.

The lake boats are running, the SOO locks are open, baseball is starting.  What more do you want?

KS enjoy the day.

Rick

Good morning everyone.

57 in Rimrock, sunny and 88 later. 8)

Curt, thanks for the coffee and breakfast.
Good news on the bloodwork and drive safe today.

Dave, I can't see your photos yet so I'll have to comment later.

Larry, good news on the arrival of spring.

ACLTom, what killed the grass this time?

Philip, thank you.

Ron, all the best to your wife on todays surgery and a speedy recovery.

Jerry, how's the floor looking?

Karl, those 4Runners are great and good luck with it.

How's everyone else.

Did a good workout on the Bill Williams Mountain Trail.
8.14 miles and 2,388' of EG.
After that started heading back towards Phoenix where's it's still hotter than I like but I have to deal with it.
I'll drive a bit further south towards Phoenix today.
Fortunately things will cool down a little over the weekend.

I hope I didn't post this one yet.
This was from my hike on the Sycamore Canyon Rim Trail.

Morning everyone

Curt thanks for the coffee & breakfast.
Good news on the blood work.

Tom that looks like you dig a lot of work.
Just don't overdo it.

Larry it's that time of year when yard work gets in the way of playing with trains.

Nice picture Dave.
Yes those flowers will be perking up through the ground now that Spring is here.

Rick 88 that is warm but I's take in a minute,
That's Jersey beach weather!!

Weather in South Jersey is M. cloudy60.  Later on 70.
It should be a nice day to get out maybe a trip to the beach for a walk.
My floor just needs to be stained.  I need to get some shoee polish.

Everyone have a great day!!  :)

Good morning Curt, ACLTom, Larry, Dave, Karl, Rick, Jerry and the rest of the crew that drops in later.

Thanks for the coffee and breakfast Curt, good luck with your MD appointment tomorrow.

Tom, That's a lot of dead grass.  By the look of things, the final product looks well worth the effort.

Larry, have fun with the backyard cleanout.  It is not quite spring here but we are close.

Dave, I can see why Pergammun museum is on your wife's revisit lift.  Enjoy your day.

Karl, the afternoon weather sounds like a great reason to do more work on the layout.

Rick, sounds like you got another great hike in yesterday, and that your Dr got the equipment at the hospital so you cane your procedure done soon.

Jerry, enjoy the walk on the beach this afternoon.

Weather here is overcast with a current temperature of 1c (34f).  we seem to be in a pattern where a dusting of white stuff falls during the night only to melt during the day.  Should have another week of that before this portion of spring is over.

This morning didn't go as planned as we got a phone call ¾ of the way to the hospital saying that the surgery was cancelled due to an emergency.  Now we wait to see when it will be rescheduled.

Seeing as I have more time to myself than I thought I had so I'm going to spend some time reorganizing the crew lounge so I can actually use it as a crew lounge and spend some time at the bench this evening.

Have a great day everyone.

Ron sorry to hear about the surgery cancellation, I'm sure she wants it done and over with.

Interesting morning. Got to the owners house to pick up the two animals. The owner was crying as we put the skunks in travel crate.
We left and about 10 minutes later we get a phone call, please bring them back. We arrived again and she ran up crying got one of the skunks and ran inside still crying. Her husband took the second one in and offered to pay for our gas.

This is Ti this morning. I guess she feels safe here.

Good afternoon folks,

This morning, I wrote a nice, long post paying homage to all the forum crew and somehow lost it to the ether. !#$!%.

Had a cataract surgery pre-op appointment today.  Painted a few figures, too.

Have fun,
mike
