Good morning folks,

Curt, thanks for the coffee and breakfast. Good luck with the barn walls.

TomACL, hope the visit to the vampires goes well.

Jerry, warm weather would be nice.  Good luck.

Karl, wow, that's a lot of work on the trestle.  Great cardinal photo.

Ron, the rafter tails look terrific.

Rick, hope you are feeling better.

How is the rest of the crew?

It's still cold here, but warmer weather is coming.  I'm off to the car dealer for a service. Then it's back to the workbench to start 3D printing a few details.  The sheriff's desktop needs some papers and a lamp, so I'll work on those, too.

Have fun,
mike

Good Morning,

Curt thanks for the coffee and breakfast. Enjoy your kit.

Tom make sure they leave you some of the "red stuff".

Rick hope the ER was able to help you; get feeling better soon.

Mike hope the car service is painless and doesn't make your wallet scream too much. Have fun making the details.

What's the rest of you doing.

It's 10 going to 30 later. First time we've been out of the 20's in a couple of weeks. Dentist apt. this am for x-rays and a cleaning then stopping at Wegmans for a Rx and a few groceries; it's less than 5 minutes from the Dentist. Maybe some bench time later. Been spending some time this last week going down the AI "rabbit hole" designing some Trek stuff; interesting concept.

Have a great day!! Be well, stay warm, and be on the mend.

Rick

Good morning everyone.

Currently it's 23 in Grants, NM, sunny and 56 later.

Curt, thanks for the coffee and breakfast.
Hope the barn wall bracing goes well.

Larry, AI certainly is a very deep rabbit hole.

Mike, hope the car dealer service isn't too expensive.

ACLTom, hope the blood draw results is all good news.

Jerry, hope your room warmed up enough.

Karl, that's an ambitious project on your layout.
Have fun with it and cool photo of the birds.

Ron, how's the roof coming along?

Philip, hope it warms up soon.

They finally released me after being there for 12 hours.  :P
It took forever to get from one step of the process to the next.
Right now I am pain free.
The urologist gave me a prescription that gives me a 70% chance of me passing the stone.
I'll be consulting with a urologist in Arizona when I get there.
Getting permission to go outside and walk/feed Star was another huge problem.
After some tense back and forth it was finally decided that they would remove my IV before I could go out.
Then put in a new IV when I got back in.  ::)  ???

Todays plan is to push west and maybe cross the border into Arizona.

On Sunday Star and I did a hike.
This hike was a tough one for me because the trailhead was at 10,000' and I haven't been hiking at those elevations for at least 4 months.
I had to stop often to catch my breath.
Also, the entire trail was covered in s@#% but wearing my micro-spikes made that a non issue.
I was impressed with how many others were out there doing the same hike.

A picture from Sunday's hike.

Glad to hear the ER helped, Rick.  Drive safely!

Heat wave in SE NH, it got above freezing yesterday, and might do so again today.  There are bare spots on the driveway where I can see the paving.  Still not enough grass spots to make the dogs happy, though.

Today I have a couple of 'events', including PT and a viewing for a friend who passed away.  I hope to get a bit of modeling in between those events.

Mid 20s and light snow with grey sky the de jour... :(

I managed to splice new track into the cut places on each end of the curve.  Most of the meat of the day, and my ambition was occupied by a sudden gotta get it done yesterday ::)  plunge into throwing together the taxes that wore me out.

Back to the layout(?) is the rough idea for the day, but... :-\ time will tell.

Great picture Star looks happy!

Morning Dave.

Karl looking forward to an update.

Weather in South Jersey is cloudy/31.  Later on 35.
Feels like Spring out there.
I managed to get the wood stained and cut for the wall.
Hopefully today I will place them in the frame.

Everyone have a great day!!  :)

Good morning Curt, ACLTom, Mike, Larry, Rick, Dave, Karl, Jerry and the rest of the crew that drops in later.

Thanks for the coffee and breakfast Curt.

Have to be quick today as I have a busy day.  Current temperature is currently -7c (19f) and overcast.  Mo modeling last night as I have decided that Monday nights will be spent on other interests.  Tonight will be back to modeling with more work to be done on the roof.

Have a great day everyone.

Good Morning All,

Today for breakfast is coffee, cereal, bagels, yogurt, OJ, and soda.

Starting out the day at 39F and getting into the 60's and maybe even higher. I can't remember. ??? Yesterday I did a later walk then completed the wall bracing and then colored more strip wood.

Today after chores and floors I'll start "planking" the walls of the barn. I also need to give Bill a call later.

Rick I'm glad you're feeling better.

I hope everyone has a good day.

Good morning everyone.

47 right now in Payson, AZ, sunny and 73 later.

Curt, thanks for the coffee and breakfast and keep having fun with the kit.

Ron, how's the roof coming along?

Jerry, glad you're making progress on the bench.
Star loves running in the s!@# and eating it.

Krl, layout>taxes.

Dave, my condolences on the loss of your friend.

How's the rest of the crew today?

Drove most of the day yesterday.
I'm really tired of it and very glad I'm getting close to the end.
The spot I stopped at yesterday just happens to have a trail nearby.
Star and I will hike it later this morning.
Then off to Tempe for a quick stop at Costco for just a few things.

One more picture from Sunday's hike.

Curt thanks for the coffee and breakfast. Have fun working on your new kit.

Rick hope you're feeling better today and the meds are doing their job.

What's your plans.

It's 18 with a high of 24; made it to almost 30 yesterday. Never made it to the bench yesterday but plan to today since it'll be a "stay at home" day. Other than that not a whole lot going on here.

Have a great day!! Be well and stay warm.

Rick, glad you are feeling better.  Safe travels!

Larry, wishing you a fun day at the bench.

Ron, good luck with roofing.

How is the rest of the crew?

It's a cloudy morning at 52°F, headed to 52°F.  No plans today other than heading upstairs.  Yesterday I added a lamp and papers to the sheriff's desk, 3D printed some figures and other details, and completed about 50% of a trumpet vine for the sheriff's office.

Have fun,
mike

TomO/Tloc

Good morning from Wisconsin. It's 0f degrees and feels like 0. The sun is pretty bright this morning.

Rick sorry to read about the kidney stones. Been there twice, absolutely no fun.

Karl. That is quite the track adjustment, have fun with it.

We are on a warming trend and may reach the mid 20's this afternoon.

Working some at the bench. I moved on from a project that I just fundamentally screwed up from the beginning. Now I'm re-thinking it. It will get done but not for awhile

It is amazing the time I must have spent online the last few years. Yesterday it was less than an hour and other than my train bench time I need stuff to do. Terry is handling that with the honey do lists. But I have time to do them. Mostly now I wake up and log in. Maybe 30 minutes on a couple forums and then not until late evening do I go back online. I'm off line enough my Facebook page has less postings. Removing the game I played daily for years without missing a day sure helped and the withdrawal pain was gone in a week!

Be well
TomO
