"Karl I love the one liner to Curt you do have a great sense of humour!!  ;D". Funny you should say that ;D

Cold here...how cold?, colder than the Sparty's 3 point shooting as they kept half the state of Michigan up way too late failing to quite get back from 18-19 points down headed to t-time next Tuesday as the lights go out on another, almost great but ultimately disappointing season.

OPS going well at Keeney's, currently working an industrial switch job.  :o

(35 degrees btw)

Good evening everyone.

It's scotch time so I'm pouring myself 2 fingers of 15 year Glenlivet, cause anything younger than that isn't worth drinking.  ;D  Rest of the bottle is on the counter, so help yourself.

Spent the morning at the local NMRA meet where we say a great clinic on modeling pre 1919.  The afternoon portion was a work session so I worked on adding the battens to the building.

Going to watch the hockey game and F1 qualifying.

Have a great day everyone.

Scotch Club this afternoon was finishing some bottles from our Laird o'the Malts' collection. Most of those we had tried earlier. there was just a finger or so left in each bottle.  I particularly liked the Glen Scotia, got the last taste of that.  There was also a Ben Nevis that was very good.  There were still a few other bottles with a bit in the bottom when I left to go cook dinner.

Morning all,

Breakfast this morning is country fried steak with biscuits and gravy. Sausage links and bacon on the side. Fruit bowls on the end for those cutting back. All drinks are on the counter.  Enjoy.

Had a great time with the judge yesterday. We had lunch at our SBGT watering hole. He is walking with some difficulty but, he is walking with the walker.

I goy home and decided to work a few more hours in the yard. A few more hours and I should be done. Next is spreading some top soil.

Pam wants to go to Lowes this morning and get some new plants for the pool area.

Have a safe and happy Sunday everyone.

Good morning ACLTom and the rest of the crew that drops in later..

Thanks for the coffee and breakfast Tom, glad to hear Bill is doing well.

Dave with that collection I need to join your scotch club.  ;D

Current weather is sunny with a current temperature is -3c (26f) with a high predicted of 8c(47f).  Today's plan is to watch the F1 race, finish up the crew lounge and hit the bench.  In between that I need to make a grocery run.

Have a great day everyone.

Good Morning,

Tom thanks for a great breakfast and coffee. Good to hear the Judge is getting around and I'm sure he'll improve with rest and time. Sounds like the sod application should be wrapping up soon.

Ron sounds like a full day planned; enjoy the race.

What's your plans?

It's a sunny 30 with a high of 53 today. Not sure what's going to happen today; could be deep cleaning the kitchen or yard work; only time will tell. My windows order will be here next Thursday so the build may be halted for a few days.

Have an enjoyable day!! Be well.

Good morning everyone.

69 now in Morristown, mix of sun and clouds with a high of 91 later.

ACLTom, thanks for the coffee and breakfast.
Good news about Bill and don't over do the yard work.

Ron, I watched the race highlights and it seems to be a little more competitive.

Karl, hope all the switching went well.

Philip, here again today?  ;D

How's everyone else doing?

Spent one more day here at Jeff's.
Did a two mile walk with Star.
She saw a herd of cattle at the turn around point and then a rabbit on the way back.
Also met a bigger white dog that followed us all the way back to the house.
I got a leash on him and took him back to the road and it looked like he was headed back home but saw me going back to the house and followed me.
Decided to let him hang around a while since he was friendly and hoped he would eventually go home on his own.
He seemed to like it here with no intention of leaving so we eventually were able to encourage him to go home.
Packing up today and heading closer to the hospital to be near by when the doctor schedules my procedure.

On more from the Sycamore Canyon Rim Trail.

Have a great day everyone.

Morning everyone

Tom thanks for the coffee & breakfast.
Glad to hear Bill is up and around and doing better.

Ron it should be an interesting race.

Wow!!  Larry your choices there aren't really good ones.
But enjoy doing whaever one you pick!!  ;D

Rick I guess the dog thought you would give him a new home.
That would be nice a black dog and white dog living in the van with you!!!  ;D :D :) ;)

Morning Jeff.

Weather in South Jersey is sunny/43.  Later on 56.
Might be a nice Spring day.
I keep saying I'm going to work at the bench but something seems to get in the way.
I'll give it a try today once again.

Everyone have a wonderful day!! :)

My early photos don't have a lot of associated metadata on the film roll.  I think these are from Bruges, Belgium.

I've actually been to Bruges twice, this was the first trip back in 2001.  It does look like a movie set.

Wife wants to go out for brunch, so we don't have to cook breakfast this morning.  (Sometimes she makes waffles, other times it's eggs I cook.)  At some point, I'll have to head out and get anniversary cards.

Good Morning All,

Thanks for opening and breakfast Tom. Great news about Bill.

I started feeling poorly last night with cold/flu symptoms. I got up this morning and fed the animals, then went back to bed. MOH made it home a little bit ago and she has a sore throat. :(

I hope everyone has a good day.

Present! I think? Following Rick advise copy?   ;D

Get well Curt!

I mowed the acre yesterday & burned the mountain of limbs plus 5 wheelbarrow of sticks. Whooped me.
The stupid mower steering shaft retainer clip broke or fell out right from the get go, so a quick trip to the hardware store fixed it for now with some jury rigging. 500 hours rolled over yesterday on that mower. It's been a good one for a Craftsman.  I'll pick-up a proper one later.

Heading to worship today.

Out~

Clouds, 30s——->50s breezy, air is cold.

OPS was fun. The Baldwin ran well but the front coupler attachment needs some sort of goop to fix it. Keeps getting loose and tripping over the KD pin.  I guess I'm getting thin skinned, half the crew at ops were in short sleeve shirts and I had on a hooded sweat shirt and by early afternoon added my jacket. Could have used gloves.  :(

Knock wood, no cold or flue stuff all winter here.  ;)

Bench time probably. Burning out on the layout. Won't quit tho.  :P

All I have.

KS

Not sure on today's plans.

Photo, colorized, from my yard you can see where the deer have trimmed the bottoms of my pines. SOBs never were that aggressive here before.
