Good Morning,

Curt thanks for the coffee and breakfast this morning. Don't let the Vampires take too much blood. Have fun at the bench.

Mike have fun with the LPs.

What's your plans for the day.

It's a rainy 56 with a high of 67 with "thunder boomers" likely most of the day. Yesterday I worked on the side of the driveway moving dirt and stones from when my neighbor plowed out my driveway once last winter; never again. Maybe some bench time this morning do what I can until my window order arrives Thursday. This afternoon I'm the Bosses servant helping to get ready for Easter.

Have a great day!! Be well.

Good morning everyone.

It's 62 in Kingman, 69 and cloudy later.

Curt, thanks for the coffee and breakfast.
Hope it's all good news from the bloodwork.

Mike, have fun upstairs.

Larry, hope today is less busy.

Philip, congratulations on all those orders.

Ron, good news on the crew lounge.

Jerry, what's new?

Karl, good news on the coupler fix.

ACLTom, dirt showing up today?

Dave, that's some interesting looking architecture.

How's everyone else?

Hospital called yesterday and I'm scheduled for Wednesday at 11:30 AM to have the stone broken up.
Need to go to the hospital today for an EKG and lab work.
Ended up not doing a hike yesterday.
The walk to the trailhead was a lot more difficult than I thought it would be.

Great news Rick.

My plans just changed. Dad broke his hearing aids (again) so he has an appointment tomorrow at the VA. Blood work will be done then.

Good Luck tomorrow, Rick!!

We'll stay stateside today, pictures of the backs/trackside from Bellows Falls, VT.  Some modeling fodder for you this morning.

Light rain all day, and apparently for most of the week.  That's OK, it'll help thaw the ground and that's what we need to replenish groundwater after last year's drought.

Morning all,

Thanks for breakfast Curt. Sorry to hear about Tim's hearing aids.

I ordered the dirt but it won't be delivered until next Thursday morning. So, now I have no excuse not to get back to modeling. I'm a few weeks behind on getting caught up on all the threads here.

Pam and I have bowling at noon and then late lunch/early dinner with friends afterwards.

We had a great time yesterday. Pam wanted to go here, there and everywhere in between. I did it but, it was exhausting. She is like the Energizer Bunny.

Have a safe and happy day everyone.

Morning everyone

Curt thanks for the coffee & breakfast.
Don't let them take to much of that blood.

Mike seeing it's so warm they maybe they will want to go naked today!!  :)

Larry I'm sure the little lady will like the help!

Rick that's great news.
Nice picture this morning.

Morning Dave.  I'll be back to see the pictures when they appear!

Tom you probably needed a break from the lawn anyway.

Weather in South Jersey is 67.  Later on 80.
I guess some yard work will be on the agenda today.
Managed to get in an hour yesterday at the bench.
Hopefully some more later on tonight.

Everyone have a great day!!  :)

It's fixin' to Blow Up a Cloud as they once would say in deep S GA where the maternal ancestral home was...off and on storms and one in the middle of the night is today's menu.  75 and sun was great yesterday, windshield got buggy.

Bench time I suppose.
Good news, Rick, best with all that.

Good morning Curt, Mike, Larry, Rick, Dave, ACLTom, Jerry, Karl and the rest of the crew that drops in later.

Thanks for the coffee and breakfast Curt, I remember when our dog decided that chewing on a hearing aid would be fun.  It ended up being a very expensive chew.  :o

Mike, have fun dressing the little people.

Larry, have fun getting ready for Easter.

Rick, good to hear you finally have a date for the procedure.

Dave, I thought those photos looked familiar, I've done some railfanning there in the past.

Tom, good luck bowling.

Jerry, take it easy with the yard work.

Karl, have fun at the bench.

Weather here is overcast with the current temperature of 3c (37f) with rain in the forecast for the next three days.   At least it will get rid of the rest of the white stuff.  No modeling last night.  Not sure what tonight will bring, do I work on the building, finish rearranging the furniture in the crew lounge so I can set up my N scale modules?  Decisions, decisions....

Have a great day everyone.

I think what you should do is sit back and have a scotch or two.  Than make that decision!!  :)

Good Morning All,

Breakfast today is whatever you find. Slept poorly last night and got up with a throbbing head.

Today should be floor day but it's off to the VA again today for Dad. Nothing else happening in the household.

Ti early evening when I went to sit down after washing dishes.

Good Morning,

Curt thanks for the coffee and breakfast. Hope you sleep better tonight and good luck with the VA. Glad you looked before you sat; I'm sure Ti appreciates it as well.

Rick good luck with your procedure; hope all goes well.

What's on your to do list?

It's 43 with a high of 45. Yesterday was a day of rain and thunderstorms....ah yes April showers; except they started early. Hopefully the weather holds down south so the Crew can be blasted off into space. A nice surprise yesterday when I went to the mailbox....my windows and porch posts arrive 2 days early so maybe I can sneak off upstairs and continue working on my build.

Have a great day!! Be well.

Back to Spain today, or more accurately, Catalonia.  (We've been to Spain more times than anywhere else.)  There are from Girona.

That's a small city northeast of Barcelona with a good collection of historic architecture.

It's sunny right now, but that won't last.  Should be mostly cloudy today, but no rain.  We got a bit of thunder last night, enough to alert the dog, but not enough to send him cowering under the bed.  So that's A Good Thing.  I've been doing some scenery stuff, pictures maybe later today.  I need to make and add trees.

Grey and damp under dark overcast, temps in 30s, 40o below yesterday's 70s and, boy did we get soaked, rain.

I had the zero turn out and mowed a little bit yesterday and brought on the rain by 2 pm.

Bench time was beneficial, working on trial fit of trestle components.

Today? inside most of the day, it looks like.

Enjoy the day all.

Jerry

Morning everyone

Curt thanks for opening.  Hope you feel better.

Larry looking forward to the update now that the supplies are there.

I'll make a pot of coffee this am.
There's cheese omelets with sides of bacon, sausage & home fries.

Weather in South Jersey is P. sunny//70.  Later high 70's with showers.
Later on some bench time.

Everyone have a great day!!  :)

Good morning everyone.

67 in Fort Mohave, sunny and 82 later.

Curt, maybe you can squeeze in a nap today and hope your head feels better.
Good luck at the VA.

Larry, good news on early parts arrival.

Dave, have fun with the scenery.

Karl, hope the bridge work goes well.

Jerry, thanks for the coffee and breakfast but I can't have any of it.  :(

Ron, so, what decision was made?

ACLTom, hope you won all your games yesterday.

How's everyone else?

Did the EKG and bloodwork yesterday.
I report to the hospital at 11:30 but will get there earlier with hopes of starting earlier.
Going to friends house later to shower.
Hardest part today is not eating and drinking all day.
