Rick I'm glad everything worked out ok. I had a similar experience waiting for surgery. The hospital wanted to push the surgery to the next day but the surgeon put down her foot and said we're doing it tonight!

Good Morning All,

Today for breakfast is coffee, cereal, bagels, yogurt, OJ, and soda.

Started out the day with a walk at 70F and heading to 85F today. I believe this is the first walk this year with the temp in the 70's. Summer is definitely on the way.

Yesterday after chores I spent a couple of hours at the workbench and finished "planking" the back wall.

Today I have to color more wood strips before working on 3 side walls.

Jim great photo.

Rick I hope you're pain free.

Mike (I think it was you) It creeps me out thinking of someone touching my eyes. I can't even wear contacts because of that.

I hope everyone has a good day.

Good Morning,

Curt thanks for the coffee and breakfast. I'm right there with you having anything foreign touching my eyes. Enjoy the bench time.

What's your plans for the day?

It's 46 with a high of 76....yup in the 70's; of course rain along with it. Local areas are starting to see some flooding around here but so far nothing too bad. Errands to run shortly then maybe some bench time afterwards.

Have a great day!! Be well.

Morning all,

Thanks for breakfast Curt. Hope you get some bench time in today.

We have dental app. this morning which should take us up 'til noon. Maybe some train shed time after that.

The picture Jim posted yesterday was of an early morning launch. It wasn't Artemis II. That one went up late afternoon/early evening.

Have a wonderful day everyone.

It's drizzly, but warmer today than yesterday, 40 heading to 62.  But temps go back down tomorrow for afternoon Scotch Club.  After the cleaners leave, I may putz with making some trees, spraying the trunks and then when that's dry, attaching foliage

Good morning everyone.

59 in BHC, windy and 77 later.

Curt, thanks for the coffee and breakfast.
I haven't been in pain the entire time.

ACLTom, hope it's a painless visit to the dentist.

Larry, enjoy the bench time.

Jerry, are you ready for Easter?

Jim, that's an amazing picture.

Ron, glad the wife is home and hope all goes well on Tuesday's surgery.

Philip, hope the DMV visit went well.

Dave, too bad we can't bill the doctor for all the time we sit and wait.

How's everyone else?

Going to the hospital this morning to get an x-ray taken.
Worked on the Nevada Northern video yesterday but wasn't happy with the results so I'll try again today.

Much easier to see Star in this picture at the Petrified Forest.

49o and clouds after overnight storms and evening of t-boomers, rain and warnings.  Morning cold of 32 morphed into the 60s by evening.

Little to add this morning.

Enjoy the day, as we remember the meaning of the weekend.

Good morning Curt, Larry, ACLTom, Dave, Rick, Karl, Jerry and the rest of the crew that drops in later.

Thanks for the coffee and breakfast Curt, I don't like anything near my eyes either.  Hopefully you stain enough wood for the other 3 walls.

Larry, hope the errands go well so you can make it to the bench.

Tom, hope the dental appointment goes well and you make it to the bench this afternoon.

Dave, you are bringing back memories with your travel photos, both Georgetown and Silver Plume have buildings that I wanted to model (still do) as they fit into the theme of my layout.  I have pictures of every building in Silver Plume and a number of buildings in Georgetown.

Rick, hope the x-ray shows great results.  The picture takes the challenge out of finding Star. 😊

Karl, enjoy your day.

Jerry, have fun with the grandkids.

Current temperature is 8c (46f) overcast with rain later today.  The white stuff is slowly going away, another couple of days it should be gone.  No modeling last night as the Mrs had other ideas.  The goal this weekend id to finally set up my N scale modules on the crew lounge.  Have a hair cut scheduled for this morning, then some household chores, then it's basement time.

Have a great day everyone.

Good evening everyone.

Just got the call from the doctor.
X-ray looked good and I'm meeting him in the ER at 6am to take the stent out.
I won't be here tomorrow morning.

Good Morning All,

There's stuff in the kitchen for breakfast help yourselves but please clean up when done.

Had a so-so night of sleep last night. Supposed to get to 85F today with rain the next week. Not much planned for today except chores and workbench. I did get all the walls "planked" yesterday but the center wall sits a little too high so I have some sanding to do.

Tomorrow the extended family is going out to breakfast for Easter. Nothing special planned after that.

Rick best wishes for the stent removal today. Great photo of the Star attraction.

I hope everyone has a good day.

Good Morning,

Curt as usual thanks for the coffee and breakfast. Have fun at the bench and hope you sleep butter tonight. With scratch building sanding is just part of the routine.

Rick that is welcome news and hope the removal goes well; one less thing for you to be concerned about.

What's your plans?

Is a beautiful Spring day @ 41 with a high of 63. Went out on the back porch about daybreak and you could hear the birds singing; nice way to start the day. Busy morning so far but hope to log in some more bench time. The last wall is framed so the siding can commence.

Have a great day!! Be well.
