Unfortunately, this is being held during my last working days, so I'll have to pass this year. :P   (A week later, and I would have had no conflict.)

I'm sure that either Jimmy D. or Mike E. will hit the meet-and-greets and take care of your share of the eats and libations!!  ;D :D
If I could come, I'd definitely volunteer to take care of your share of the libations!!  ;D ;D ;D ;D

You could skip those last days as a farewell to them!!!

Well you won't have any excuses next year.  You'll get to like retirement. :)

I'd rather work those last few days, and get the money!

OK gang- here is the update you have been waiting for!

The Friday night Expo Forum Get-together (Forum Frolic?  Meet-and-greet?)  will be outside the Amphitheater on the second floor of the Hilton. Just up the staircase from the hotel lobby. It is also adjacent to the clinic rooms for those attending platinum clinics.

Our cash bar will be from 7-9 PM, but the good news is that our bar will stay open much later. The same cash  bar will be used for the exciting Bob Mitchell/ Bill Obenauf KITBASH that starts at 9 PM!

Friday March 27th 7-9 PM at the Expo, Scranton PA Hilton

It would help if you sent me name tag information for you and any guests- e.g.  Real names;   Forum handle;    City and State
My email is below after my signature, or if you must, send me a PM. See you all there, and travel safely.

What'cha mean Friday night?  The Expo started today, so I'm already frolic'in'!!!
And NO stinkin' cash bar - I've got credit with the Household Bartender!!! (At least for the moment!).
And I didn't have to climb no stinkin' staircase!

deemery

After seeing photos of the vendor room, my checkbook & credit cards are glad I didn't make it.

I'm particularly sorry I'll miss the opportunity to meet Mark Dalrymple, whose work I really admire (and I've been to Christchurch, it's a very nice town!)

I would like to thank Mike for arranging the get together last night. It was great to be able to put faces to the forum members.

It was a great time.

Thanks for organizing, Mike. It was indeed good to meet forum members; I had a number of interesting conversations. It was also fun to see a bunch of internet acquaintances 300 miles from home discover they live in a 25 mile radius.

Mike,

It was great seeing you again. And, thank you again for setting up our meet and greet. I really enjoyed seeing everyone. I was dogging the Judge for not coming Friday night and as it turned out we should be very happy he didn't.

He came down with the flu and when he got home he could barely talk and had a temp. of 101+.
