Good build Karl.....neat little structure that adds another switching opportunity for a layout.  8)

Another winner Karl. You put me on to the 3M transfer tape about 10 years ago and I probably use it almost everywhere like you do. But I never would have thought of the rafter tails. And you are right you wouldn't be able to see any shiny areas between rafters in any normal viewing situation.

Using the tape for decking or on the bottom row of shake shingles can result in shiny spots if you get the spacing too wide. Spraying the roof card flat black, or using a dark brown or black "Sharpie"   (at least the borders and edges) helps a lot before the tape goes on.

And I really like the blue!

I'm not a fan of overhanging parts, but that building all 'hangs together' ;-)

Another fine build my friend.  Someday, I want to see a video of you doing one these builds.  I think we will have to run it in slow motion to see what you are doing.

Karl,
Another really nice build !!!  ;)
Found out that there is really a Wedgewood Blue color available in the local craft paint section ! Some stores may not carry it...Don't have it yet, but will pick it up soon and give it a try since the one you used is hard to find !  8)
