Beautifully done Frank ..... and it FITS!!!

Donato,

Good Sunday morning. Thank you for your kind words. It was a long time in building and now it is time for the surrounding scenery. Of course, the scenery will help really msake the scene. I'll  be taking some progress pics soon. Have a great day.

Very nice Frank!

Good Morning John.

Thanks for stopping by from your busy layout schedule. Still working on scenery as you can well imagine. That is my real thrust right now and for the foreseeable future. I do take a few brakes from time to time to work on cars, etc... Have a great day my friend and thanks for stopping by.

Good Afternoon Bob,

Thank you for your kind words and I am glad you like the mine. Well, I have moved on to the town of Little Falls. A good part of the town is complete ( well almost) and the main street has to be added, some scenery added, vehicles, etc... Here is a close up of an RS2 leaving Little Falls siding heading to Great Notch, then onto Chester. Enjoy.

As Tom ACL 1504 says, "its another Saturday". Boy is he right! Everyday is Saturday, so here I am back in the train room. Been working on a couple of scenery areas, the mine at Ironia and South Orange. So, here is a pic of South Orange and its electrified Trolley line. The trolley line is still to be added, but it is on the list of things to do. Enjoy the pic.

Andy,

I am working diligently to complete a large section of my layout for a photo shoot early next year with Model Railroader. We will see how that goes. In the meantime, my nose is to the grindstone trying to finish all the details that I want. It will be a push for sure, but I will make it. So many details, so little time. Really appreciate you stopping by and your kind words. In the meantime, stay tuned for more photos of the build.

Frank is this the high crime district of the layout? Not only did they steal the windows out of that poor guys pickup, but they stole the lettering off the side of the locomotive! ;D  Seriously, It looks great!

Good Evening Dan,
You caught me. the vehicle still needs its windows and the engine still needs better lettering on the side and front. I just grabbed the most convenient engine to take the pic. I guess I won't do that again. Seriously, thank you for your kind words on the layout. Progress is being made daily.

Besides the windows and lettering , I noticed those buggers stole the coupler & pilot air hoses also. ha.  I hear what you're saying there Frank about the grabbing for the photo. ha.  T...

Frank,

Layout is looking better and better! Each additional "layer" is adding to the final product. It's going to take hours to photograph to really capture all the great scenery you have finished!
