Andy a pleasure to follow along.

I've done stucco so it should be a good follow.  Maybe you can explain the steps as you go along.

Jerry, As I stated before I am using Liqutex ceramic stucco, it was recommended by a few folks here on the forum. It is super easy to do, just paint it on.

before paint,

after it dries you think you ruined the piece, but after it is painted,

I am a very happy model railroader!!  ;D ;D  Now to fit the doors and windows.

Great thread. Stucco is used on Doug's new Moscone Bail Bonds kit. Mine has been shipped and is in transit. I wonder what he has you use for stucco. Gonna go out and get some of your Liquitex and give it a try. Jaime had good results with it, too.

Dave, This was my first attempt at stucco. I tried a few of the other methods but didn't like the outcome. This product gave me just what I was after. I bought it at Michaels, it's a little pricey at $13 for 8 oz. but you only use a very little bit.

Andy looks good.
How about a close up so we can see the detail in the way it lays on?

I'll try Jerry, but my cheapy camera won't take very good close ups.

The roof and chimney are on the baggage room. I used sandpaper for the roof covering. The plans state that it was tarred and covered in rock. I tried on a sample piece to use white glue and fine ballast but it just didn't look right.
