Hi Guys:

I will be changing the name of Rollin Saywer to Keasbey & Mattison Co. using sign made for me by my friend Frank Bernard. Here's how they will look.

This company no longer exists. The sing info came from a 1942 letterhead collected by my Father.

The wall looks good, Karl.  I have this kit in the stash as well.  I got it on ebay years ago.  I put in what I thought was a low bid just to follow the auction to see how high the price would go, and ended up winning the kit.  ;D

Hi Jeff:

thanks. Glad to hear you have one. Here's a photo of the walls three are finished and one is unweathered so you can see the difference.

Hi Guys:

Finally got the 4 walls for the main building assembled. It was quite a bit of work as this is not a laser cut kit. Castings and sign have been added. here's A photo.

Hi Donato:

Thanks appreciate it. That's just one o the loading dock bumpers. There are several different ones in the kit.

Hi  Guys:

main roof is shingle on and glued in place. These are Campbell shingles. It is important to get the rows striaght or the roof tends to look bad. Rafters and Rafter Tails are next.

Hi Guys:

Been working most of the day. Lots more castings added to the main building. Roofs are in place A&I wash added and dry-brushed with gray. I deviated from the instructions. Instead of building C next which is on the right I decided to build building E. It goes on the platform in the photos. Roof details were also added.

Hi Donato:

If you saw the parts and detail castings I have you'd probably have a fit.

Hi Kart,

You're making great progress on this one.  I love the colors of, well, everything.  They come together perfectly.

Hi Bob:

Thanks for the compliment. Been working on building E. Thought it would be a simple easy job. However it has an interior and removable roof along with over 20 castings including windows and doors. her's a so far pic.,
