The cornices that crown two of the walls are in two layers; a bottom layer of some type of pulpboard material and the top layer of laser board. I painted the bottom layer with the Mustard Yellow and the top with the Vintage White. The inlays on the bottom layer were keftraw. Then it's a simple matter of sandwiching the two layers and weighting to dry. Then some sponge-dabbing to weather them a bit.

Glazing and shades done. Not much more for tonight.

Dave,

What happened here?  I go away for a day and find you have not only been scouring the internet for Kodak signs, but you have also finished up the walls and trim.  Great modeling, but please slow down, I can barely catch my breath trying to keep up with you.

What?  To leave me head down, hands on knees, gasping for breath as I try to keep up?

Believe me, it slows to a crawl/halt during depending on the amount of work I'm bringing home.
