I've been working on the tug and barge the past few days.

Painting and weathering the two has been pretty much standard. I'll let the photos show what I've been doing.

I still need to add a little more rust weathering to the tug, add tire bumpers, coal in the barge and glue all the tug pieces together after adding the final detail parts.




A final coat of brown A&I will be added to the sides of the barge.

I really like how the tug is progressing.  This is going to be a wonderful scene when finished.

This is coming along great!  You're really making me want to break out my tug an build it.  I should have bought the barge to go with it.   

When the scene is finished make sure you send a few pictures to Bruce at Sea Port Model Works so he can add them to the gallery on his website.

Thank you as well. I found the old sea Capt. in my people stash. Have no idea where I got it or when. It was the only sea merchant in the bunch.
