Good morning everyone.

Hood River, OR weather: Showers, mainly before 3pm.
I would never have guessed it would rain today.  ::)

Curt, thanks for the coffee and breakfast.
Hope all of dad's test results are all good news.

Jerry, good talking with you yesterday.
Sorry I had to cut it short but someone called back that I been waiting for.

Larry, have fun with whatever you decide to do.

Mike, have fun upstairs.

Ron, I thought the same about the race.

TomO, good news on the e-mail and hope you made good progress in the train room.

ACLTom, good things are happening in the shed.

Philip, enjoy the sunshine.

Karl, was there fun in the train room?

Greg and everyone else looking in, hope you are all well.

Left the campground yesterday and made my way east.
Stayed last night at one of the other Storyteller's homes.
Before we got here we stopped at The Spit, this is where the Hood River flows into the Columbia.
Star had a blast there.

A short video of Star enjoying the water: https://youtube.com/shorts/m7aYgg8A8mA

have a great day everyone.

Good morning from a brisk morning in Wisconsin. 16 at wake up and 18f degrees when I joined the neighborhood walkers at 6. 1/2 mile in the windbreaker was around the waist and the gloves were off. Mid 40's later

I wasn't sure if I'd get to the train room today but I was hopeful for after dinner. Terry needs a few (yes a few) dresses for a wedding in Pasadena in May and since she has driving restrictions I'll drive. She just informed me that shopping will be after lunch.

The blood bath we thought would happen yesterday on Wall Street didn't happen and left Terry somewhat dismayed. She's already at her computers but figures today will just be another day trading day. The stock market casino is in full swing and she can have her fun

Enjoy your day

8) Sun and 240 here in the mitten.  Off and on light snow a possibilty, a couple more cold days is to be expected "they" say.

Congrat's to ACLTom's Gators  I missed the game somehow... ;)

OPS was a little rough yesterday at times with some electrical gremlins causing some irritation.

I did a little work on the layout yesterday eve.  Little progress.  Bench time on a couple small structures as well

Today, hmm...time will tell, which reminds me the Apple Wrist Device needs yet another period on the charger, a near daily event..pita  The Timex I 'retired' two yrs ago sits on my dresser still ticking w/in a couple seconds of right on.

Everyone have a fine day.  Go Gators..

KSinClose but no ceegar country.. :o

Good morning Curt, Larry, Jerry, ACLTom, Rick, TomO, Karl and the rest of the crew that drops in later.

Thanks for the coffee and bagel Curt.

ACLTom, congrats to the Gators.

Currently 58f and cloudy here.  I can tell I've been here too long already as I'm finding 58F to be cold, like sweater weather. :o   It's better than at home where the Mrs is telling me it's looking like Christmas again.  No modeling last night but I have decided that I'll be leaving the shades alone, in the grand scheme of things It won't really be noticed with all the other light being installed in town.  Detailing the interior of the drugstore should be interesting as I have very limited modeling supplies on hand and Jacksonville doesn't seem to have any hobby shops in town.  Might have to do some online ordering.

Have a great day everyone.

A question for you O scale narrow gaugers:  Is there a source for O narrow gauge tank car -bodies-?  I have a (HO) project where an O scale tank might be the perfect starting point.  (I need 3.)

Thanks in advance!

For those of you who enjoy an Eagle Rare in the evening lounge around the firepit in summer or during Winter the fireplace.

Buffalo Trace Distillery is partially under flood waters in Kentucky and is 100% surrounded. Better head to your local stock up location. But at least there's no tariffs on it

Good Morning All,

Today for breakfast is coffee, cereal, muffins, bagels, yogurt, OJ, and soda.

Started the day with a walk at 62F and cool. Yesterday the leg visit went well and the doc was happy with Dad's healing.

Today after chores the PT will come around 10 am to do last session with dad. I'll try to get to the workbench today.

Tomorrow dad has the 9 am video visit to get his neuro testing results.

That's it.

I hope everyone has a good day.

Good morning, Curt.  Sunny and headed for 45 on the NH seacoast. I have paperwork and finances to attend to, including prep for the Flying Yankee Assoc. annual meeting Saturday.  Maybe some modeling after lunch.

Good Morning,

Curt thanks for the coffee and breakfast, Nice to hear your Dad is doing well.
Enjoy your time at the bench.

James paperwork can be tiring so save some energy of modeling.

What's on your agenda?

It's a sunny 29 with a high of 39 in New York. We did get a couple inches of white stuff but that
should melt between today and tomorrow; hopefully that's the END of it. Going to cast some rock
formations this am and start on some scenery. Not much else going on here.

Enjoy your day!!! Be well and stay safe.

Good morning all, Curt, a muffin and black coffee for me will do just fine.
I am back home this morning from our Florida trip. Had a wonderful trip overall, very nice just to be away and relax. Things have changed a lot since last time I was there just 2 yrs ago. The area around Zephyrhills is growing fast, lots on new homes under construction. A lot more traffic it seems like also.

Now it is back to reality...it is 46 degrees here in Northern Colorado this morning, a high of 69 forecast later but with 25-35 MPH wind and 45 MPH wind gusts...I hate the wind. Good news is that after today and tomorrrow we get almost summer weather with highs this weekend forecast in the 80s, I can't wait!! Off work today still but I am scheduled to work tomorrow and Friday, I should have scheduled those days off also, oh well.

G morning! I can't believe it's not raining!

It's sunny in SE NH, but chilly (29 at 8:30) and breezy.  I didn't get much done yesterday, instead I took a nap.  Today I need to run to the store, and maybe generate some steam this afternoon to think through the scenery behind Lamsons, particularly the front line of trees and bushes.    I'm just glad I don't think I'll need to buy any hobby materials any time soon...
