Quote from: Michael Hohn on March 13, 2025, 08:44:21 AMI like how you did your various cabinets and shelves.  Very realistically done, like they've been in service for a long while.

Thank you, Mike.  That is the look I was going for.  ~mike

Hey Tommy, that's cool. Not modeling the Frisco anymore is my only regret moving to On30.  ~mike

Not only are the details very nice, they are perfectly weathered - dirty and nasty as they should be.

Hey Tom, that's as they should be.  Thank you for the support.  ~mike

Howdy folks,

It's 7:30 pm and my vision is finally returning from the dilation from my ophthalmologist appointment.  I worked a little on the shed details, but I'll need to recheck tomorrow when my vision improves.

As I near completion of the shed, I still have a few modifications to add:  a coal pile for the stove, a stack of ties—speeder, water tower, barrel of spikes, etc.  Hopefully photos tomorrow.

Have fun,
mike

Howdy folks,

Here are a few photos of the workbench.  IAH used a laminated approach for the hammer heads and saw handles.

Back to the bench, lunch is over... ;)

Have fun,

Woof. That workbench shot.  Just needs a roll of paper towels, an ashtray, a bottle of Irish, and a can of used fasteners waiting to be sorted to look like the one I've got in the shed at my summer place.
