Howdy folks,

Jerry, Curt, Rick, Philip, Jeff, and Larry, I certainly appreciate your comments.

My kids are converging here this afternoon, but I managed a few hours at the bench.  I have three windows left to cut glazing. I worked on the exterior wall colors and am getting close to finishing.  Here are a few photos that depict the current coloring.

In trying to achieve a homogeneous look, the building lost some of its stone coloring, so I may go back and touch up a few with white, grey, ochre, black, and terra cotta.

Have fun,
mike

Mike, Howdy,

I've been away to long from this fantastic build thread. Great progress and I love the overall look of the stone structures and earth features.

Mike,

Somehow I missed this build.
You are doing a wonderful job so far, especially the stone coloring, which is great.
I like the earthy coloring. Keep at it, looks good.

Mike,

The build is coming along nicely.  The colouring has that Colorado feel to it. Well done.

Howdy folks,

Tom, Rich, Rick, Karl, Ron, Kyle, and Jeff, thank you for your comments and encouragement.

Today I finished the upper floor and ceiling, plus the ceiling on the first floor of the lodge structure.  The ceilings are wood, and the second floor has the typical Masonic Lodge checkered floor.  The second floor has rafters on the ceiling that connect to the crown molding that surrounds the room.

The image on the left is the checkered floor on the second floor (looks like a loose, discarded trimming, and the image on the right is the ceiling of the second floor.  The rafters won't be glued to the ceiling until the roof is mounted.

Next up will be wiring the lights.

Have fun,
mike

Mike, looks good especially with your finger being cut.
Hope it doesn't hurt much.

Jerry

Your doing great for a guy with a wounded finger!!
