Good Morning Folks;

I'm up early so clubhouse is open, coffee ready and soft drinks on ice. Hoping one of you guys that know how to cook (I can ruin a bagel) lites the stove and scrambles some eggs. Did not get much sleep last night, no reason just happens sometimes.

Yesterday after some colorful language I was able to get almost all the lights on my project working in a solid reliable manner. Two of the hand made outdoor fixtures still acting up, might have broke a wire in the neck so will look into that today but overall electric is done and I can get back to the fun stuff. I think I will design some neat downspouts for the project to look like the old copper style used back in 1900's.

Well off to another cup of coffee. Oh today's high 75 so windows already open. Have a great day.

Happy Friday for those of you still working.  For the rest of us, it's often hard to tell  ;D

Sunny, 37 but the driveway iced back over last night.  The maple sap should be running pretty well.

On the Lamson build, I'm pondering car weight.  I might have added too much weight.  I can probably cut and strip off some of that lead, but I need to do it now, since the next step is to add the car sides.

Good morning, Jim and later arrivals.  Our hens are laying more as the sun gets higher, so I'll get eggs going, after I cook some sausage to grease the pan.  Apples on the counter, a pitcher of milk for cereal and a box of paczki - it's been paczki season at Big Y since January, which might be stretching it a bit.

Chores to do, then need a notarized signature on a report to the Sec. of State so off to the Town Hall.  Modeling this afternoon, but not enough airbrush work waiting to fire it up. So my GHQ "red" manure spreader waits a bit.  Dave, do you know how much the car weighs now? I have several accurate scales an hour away from you.

I need to dig out my good scale and weigh this.  I think it's close to 8, it should be 5.

Morning all,

Thanks for breakfast James and Jim. Eggs and sausage with a cold Diet Pepsi is just what I needed.

I'm still working on the flat iron build challenge with 25 days left.

Every day is Saturday except Sunday for me.

Have a great day ya'll.

Good morning everyone.

Temps will get into the low 70's here at Sequoia NP.

Jim, thanks for the second cup.
The lights look good and hope you find the problem with the last two.

I hiked to the top of Moro Rock yesterday and have one more hike planned for today before I leave.

Have a great day everyone.

Good morning all.  I'm just having black coffee.  I have to get routine blood work done this morning.  After that I'll be stopping at Waffle House and then make a beer run.  Later I have little people to modify, which isn't going well.  Fortunately, I have a bunch of cheap ones to play with.

Overcast and 300 here in MI.  :-\  The weather is alleged to be gusting up to around 50mph today with a chill all day.  NOT a good day to go to Northern MI as they have snow coming with the wind.  Very cold back tomorrow and Sunday. >:(

Probably some layout construction later today with little if any other plans, that I've been notified of.

Have a good day all.

Hooray!
I am not a robot.
I've had to tell this site that two or three times in the last week. I've fallen a long way since my Navy days when I was cleared to burn before reading off the coast of Viet Nam.
Roof being replaced today and someone just fired a leaf blower outside. My day is to be capped off by a visit from our grand daughter tonight, so there is an upside to the day.
Keep smiling: it will make others wonder what you're up to/

Morning all.

Didn't sleep well last night, so stayed in bed 'til past 0700.  Got the wife up and around so we can go to PT later this morning.  They were amazed at how well she did just two days post op on Wednesday.

Did minimal work on the FSM kit, but some progress.

Headed to 60 degrees today, I've got steaks to put on the grill later.  Pretty rare for February.

Good Morning,

I'll gladly take another cup-o-joe and some eggs; thanks. It's 29 with a high of 37 in New York. After several days above freezing so the snow is going away slowly. Not sure what's happening today so I'll play it by ear.

Have a great day!

Mornin,' All!

43, headed to 46, partly cloudy and a "wintry mix" scheduled for later this afternoon here in the northern mitten.  North of us it could be ugly, with over a foot of WGFA arriving.  Still have tax work to do, so need to get on that today.

Anyone doing the "Coffee Challenge" this year?  Three days, no coffee.  February 29, 30 and 31 are this year's chosen dates....  Could be interesting, since after the Navy, I seem to run on coffee....

Make it a great day, All, and stay safe!

Howdy folks,

It's a nice day here at 70F.  I hope the weather stays the same for a while.

I worked on the Buffalo Canyon Mining maintenance shed today.  The structure is almost finished, then it's detail time.

Have fun,
mike
