Morning all,

Thanks for breakfast Larry, sausage gravy and biscuits is just perfect this morning.

Curt, sorry about your dad. Sounds like he doesn't communicate much about his health.

Karl, happy to see your layout thread started.

Rick, the party was a lot of fun. Nice photo from the trail hike.

I believe I have a blockage in my pool pipe, like leaves or something. And, to make matters worse, I also think I have a cracked pipe from a tree root as sand is gathering on the bottom of said pool. I thinking  major $$$ here.

Things aren't going well of late.

Have a great day everyone.

Off to German class.  When I get back, I'll ponder what color 'boxcar red' to paint the car kit I finished over the weekend.

Good morning Larry, Curt, Rick, Karl, ACLTom, Dave, Philip, Terry and the rest of the crew that drops in later.

Thanks for the coffee and breakfast Larry, hope you make it to the bench today.

Curt, Hope your dad is feeling better and is on the mend, four hours in an ER sucks.

Rick, so now its 2 weeks till the next race and then a 5 week break due to the 2 cancelled races, I'm going to suffer from withdrawal.  Enjoy your hike today.

Karl, glad you started a thread, I'll be following along.  Enjoy the op's session today.

Tom, maybe the pool repairs will be simple and it will only cost $, one can always dream.  ;D

Dave, "I'll ponder what color 'boxcar red' to paint the car", that could take a couple of days as there are literally 100's of boxcar reds.

Philip, I have heard of the issues of Testers Dullcote and alcohol, never thought about using the effects as hard water deposits, thanks for the link.

Terry, have a great day.

Hate to say this but the current temperature is 11c (51f) and overcast with a chance of rain this afternoon.  The next couple of days will be below freezing before it gets above freezing again.  At the bench yesterday I finished the roof for building #2 and updated my build thread.  Next up is the last building.

Have a great day everyone.

Karl nothing like trying to find the stairs in the dark!!  ;D

Tom let's hope it's not a cracked pipe??

Philip when did the RR line forum get on Wayback Machine?????

Nice picture this morning Dave.

Terry we all miss Mike.

Weather in South Jersey is cloudy/57.  Rain later today.
Diane and I both have Dr.'s appointments early afternoon to go over our bloodwork from last week.
He's going to say the same thing he always says about mine you have to much blood in your alcohol system!! ;D
Diane's will be fine!

Hopefully I will get to put the siding on the other wall later today.

Everyone have a great day!!  :)

Good morning folks,

Larry, thanks for opening, coffee, and breakfast.

Curt, good luck in the train room.

Rick, hope your hike goes well.  Nice photo!

Karl, Andy's ops sessions are the best.  Wishing you loads of fun.

Tom, good luck with the pool.

Dave, the boxcar red shade might depend on whether it is to represent a new or old build.

Philip, we got that same front.

Terry, thanks for stopping by.

Ron, congrats on the roof completion.

Jerry, good luck at the doc's office.

How goes the rest of the crew?

It's a stormy morning at 49°F, headed to 69°F before a drop to the 20s tonight. Yesterday was a low-energy day, so I didn't do anything.  Today, Sweeie goes to the puppy spa.  I hope to take photos of the work around the depot.

Have fun,
mike

Good Morning,

HAPPY ST. PATRICKS DAY!!!!!!!

Curt make sure they leave you some; vampires don't know when to quit.

The morning beverages are ready. Breakfast is bangers and eggs with sides of ham and fried potatoes.

What's on your agenda.

It's 21 with a high of 25; winters back! Received 4 inches of white crap overnight so may have to clear the driveway later; ugh. Since Ellie is part Irish I'm making a pot of Cole Cannon for dinner which is mashed potatoes, rough cut boiled cabbage, and shredded ham( all mixed together) with lots and lots of real Irish butter. Served in a bowl with a spoon with even more Irish butter....yum. The concept of corned beef with cabbage is an American Irish tradition whereas the Irish Irish use ham instead. Maybe some bench time this am.

Have a great day!! Be well, stay warm, and be safe.

Good morning,

Curt, thanks for opening.  Good luck with the vampires.

Larry, thanks for the coffee and breakfast.  I thought you were going to make green eggs and ham...  The evening meal sounds fantastic.

Karl, photos of the UP snow look horrible.  Brrrr.

How is the rest of the crew?

It's a cold 26F this morning, headed to 49F this afternoon.  It's a good day to stay inside.  Yesterday was a bust as far as modeling goes, but I did finish a book.  Maybe today I'll make it upstairs.

Have fun,
mike

Jerry

Morning everyone

Curt thanks for opening.
Don't let them take to much.

Larry thanks for the coffee & breakfast.
What no Irish whiskey to go with the dish your cooking??

What book you reading Mike??

Ron some of the drivers are not happy with the F1 cars.  They want to go back to gas powered.

Weather in South Jersey is sunny/35.  Later on 42.
We passed the Dr' exams yesterday.
So today maybe I can finish the other wall.

Everyone have a great day!!  :)

Rick

Good morning everyone.

It's 52 in Rimrock, 85 and sunny later.

Larry, thanks for the coffee and breakfast.
Enjoy that tasty sounding buttery dinner.

Curt, hope the results from the blood draw are all good.

Jerry, good news from the doctor.

Mike, hope you make it upstairs today.

Ron, I enjoyed seeing your update.

Terry, I think we can all agree that we miss Mike and the RR-Line.

Philip, thanks for finding a lot of Mike's old posts.

Dave, I guess that's one place I need to add to my list of things to see in CO.

ACLTom, I hope it's only a blockage and nothing is broken.

Karl, I saw a photo from the UP and boy did they get hit hard.

How's everyone else.

Star and I started our hike on the Bell Trail just before sunrise.
Ended up doing 9.4 miles and 902' of EG.
It was a very enjoyable and scenic hike.
Heading to the Flagstaff area to get away from the hot weather.

This was yesterday on the Bell Trail.

Good morning Curt, Larry, Mike, Jerry, Rick and the rest of the crew that drops in later.

Happy St. Patties Day everyone.......

Thanks for the coffee and breakfast Larry, supper sounds good.

Curt, hope the VA vampires live some for you.

Mike, I would call finishing a book a very successful day.

Jerry, it's interesting that the Mercedes and Ferrari drivers love the cars while everyone else is complaining about them.  What I find interesting is that everyone has to learn a new way to drive the cars which goes against how they were taught to race.

Rick, safe travels.

Current temperature is -8c (18f), at least the sun is shining.  while yesterday's warm weather got rid of all the white stuff on the driveway, last night it was all put back.  :o  It's supposed to get above freezing weather later in the week.  No modeling last night as Monday is "other hobbies night".  Tonight's plan is to stain the wood for the third building for the challenge build.

Have a great day everyone.
